Sunday, October 6th - Chef & Owner of Miami's Ariete, Michael Beltran Trained at some of Miami’s most celebrated restaurants under legendary chefs, Michael is at the forefront of a new generation of South Florida chefs helping the region to establish itself as a destination for world-class cuisine. Prices for all dinners include your 6 course tasting menu. Pairing experience and beverages available for an additional cost and can also be purchased night of. Due to the limited nature of these events, seating will be communal. If you have friends dining please let us know and we will seat you together. The final menus will be released closer to the date of the event, because of this dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.
