Rooster & the Till is an award-winning, modern American neighborhood restaurant in Seminole Heights. With an always-evolving menu & eclectic beverage program, it's perfect for adventurous diners looking to be challenged by new ingredients and who expect high attention to service.

We offer 2 different reservation options each evening, seats at one of our tables or at our kitchen counter, barstools that overlook the kitchen. The full menu, including tasting, is available anywhere within the restaurant.

    We'd love to plan a tailor-made dinner experience for your group! Due to our small size, we are limited to large parties of 25 or less during service hours. For full space buyouts, we are limited to 60 guests for sit-down dinners and 90 for larger cocktail hour-style parties, where we can offer buffet style dining or passed hors’d’oevres.

    Sunday, December 8th- Chef & Owner of Larina in Brooklyn and Top Chef competitor, Silvia Barban Born in Northern Italy, the influence is clearly seen in her cuisine and cooking sensibilities. We are excited to host Silvia and see her bring her Italian heritage to Tampa. Prices for all dinners include your 6 course tasting menu. Pairing experience and beverages available for an additional cost and can also be purchased night of. Due to the limited nature of these events, seating will be communal. If you have friends dining, please let us know and we will seat you near one another. The final menus will be released closer to the date of the event, because of this dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.

    This place is fantastic! Each dish is well thought out and perfectly balanced. The staff are very professional, attentive, and more than willing to answer any questions. We love sitting at the bar to watch our meal prepared.

    The food was delicious with a flare. We ordered the gnocchi, beets , and the vindaloo. Each dish was made with a hint of spicy which was right up my alley! The seats are filled and the noise makes it difficult to hear anyone who’s not sitting directly next to you. However, it’s lively just like the food!

    Literally my number one restaurant on my personal Beli rankings. Was my fourth trip to the Rooster and the Till and it's always incredible. Great vibe, amazing food, the new chef was fantastic. Highly, highly recommend. The short rib and the vindaloo pasta were particularly incredible.

    Went for birthday date night, there’s no loud singing but instead a nice hand written birthday card from staff which was fun to read. The booths are nice but sitting at the bar in front of the kitchen was the sweet spot for us. Watching the kitchen chefs in action was very fascinating. Really puts the cooking shows on Netflix into first person view. Only thing I noticed was that the first waiter to attend to you didn’t consider that we had opted in for the intro drink, she kept asking what we wanted from the drinks menu but it felt out of order since we were waiting on our Champaign but didn’t want to ask lol. Anyways, 5 star experience.

    Food was excellent and the vibe is upscale casual. I went 2 days in a row because I didn’t try the collar the day before. It’s def a must have. Will be there any time im in Tampa.

    This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but things have gone down hill. Four of the five dishes we ordered were just okay. The other dish was the short rib and it was the worst thing I have ever eaten. It ruined the entire meal for me and my girlfriend. Most of the wines we tried weren’t at proper temps and their special cocktails are premade.
