Rooster & the Till is an award-winning, modern American neighborhood restaurant in Seminole Heights. With an always-evolving menu & eclectic beverage program, it's perfect for adventurous diners looking to be challenged by new ingredients and who expect high attention to service.

We offer 2 different reservation options each evening, seats at one of our tables or at our kitchen counter, barstools that overlook the kitchen. The full menu, including tasting, is available anywhere within the restaurant.

    We'd love to plan a tailor-made dinner experience for your group! Due to our small size, we are limited to large parties of 25 or less during service hours. For full space buyouts, we are limited to 60 guests for sit-down dinners and 90 for larger cocktail hour-style parties, where we can offer buffet style dining or passed hors’d’oevres.

    We had so much fun with our brunches this summer we thought we'd roll it back once more and do a greatest hits menu featuring your favorite dishes from this summers' series! Featuring Tunes by DJ Casper and pastries from our friends at Jamison B Breadhouse- spots will go fast and are limited. You'll be able to specify what type of experience you'd like to enjoy when booking- be it seats at our front bar so you can chat with our friendly bar team, seats at the counter so you can get in on the action, or at one of our tables so you and your friends can talk while you share all of the dishes. Our standard menu is not served on these days. For larger parties, please call us at (813)-374-8940 or email FOH Manager at Gaby@ProperHouseGroup.com.

    Aite so we did the tasting menu. Let me start by saying the vibe of this place is dope. It was nice being able to watch the cooks navigate the dinner rush as they put together the food. The food was really good. I wouldn’t say increíble (we’ve been to other tasting menu fancy spots like this and felt it was better). The portion sizes were really small, I left still kind of hungry (which wasn’t cool for the $140pp price tag. We have friends that love this place but they say the a la cart options are better. Our bill after tip was about $370 for just two tasting menus with water. Friends say they spend about the same but with drinks so I’d say the a la cart menu is def a better value. But it was cool to do once. We won’t do it again (unless the menu changes and we are curious) but overall nice place, not my favorite tampa spot but dope

    My partner and I had dinner here for our anniversary and it was amazing. Fantastic service and food. Everything on the menu is a banger and so well presented. The cocktails were beautifully crafted and so unique. I genuinely think the prices for everything are incredibly fair, especially considering the skill, quality, and technique. They made the meal extra special for our anniversary so I highly recommend coming here for celebrations! We have gone to many places for birthdays or anniversaries but this is the only restaurant that's made an effort to ensure we had a great time. They really went above and beyond. I recommend sitting at the bar to watch the chefs do their magic. The night ended with an anniversary card from the staff and two very cute cookies- which btw were also delicious! We love this place and can't wait to come back.

    We ordered the tasting menu and it was very good. We were surprised because we loved the roasted beet appetizer (because we are not really beet lovers)). All was good and we will visit again.

    The good was amazing and so was the service. The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because I ordered the Kitchen Counter experience on Open Table, but the restaurant had me at a regular table. They made it right, but we had to squeeze.

    Came for the kitchen counter reservation and it was absolutely superb. Every dish was outstanding and the service was on the ball. Keeping this short and sweet - the experience was excellent and I will be back VERY soon.

    Our first visit and we had the Tasting Menu and it didn’t disappoint. It was such a fun experience and the combination of flavors was incredible. Excellent service as well.
