The view & the staff are unbeatable! The new management (Octavia and Kim) have excellent service and are willing to accommodate (if they can!). Chef Rodrick makes an amazing Cesar salad and pepperoni pizza. I’ve never been disappointed with any food or drink I’ve ever gotten. It’s pricey but it’s worth it for the ambiance! Since mid-May there has been a lot more staff so timing has gotten better (if you saw previous reviews). There are definitely kinks to work out (re pool membership) but that is the responsibility of the pool not the Mina Group.

I was excited to check out City Ridge since I live in the area, and made a reservation for an early Friday night dinner. The view is gorgeous, but I was mostly disappointed by the rest of my experience. It took close to 30 minutes for my cocktail arrive (after being told they were out of Prosecco, I was given a pretty bland non-alc option which I sent back). I ordered a soda then the waiter returned with the original Prosecco cocktail they didn’t have. I ordered the salmon BLT, which would’ve been great if the salmon had a bit more flavor. The fries were good! The place wasn’t full so I’m unsure if they were just understaffed, but def don’t be in a rush if you visit.

We went here on recommendations and ordered drinks nothing after 4o minutes they apologized but nothing. After 45 minutes we walked out and told the bartender we are leaving. The place was not busy. I have never walked out of a restaurant before. I don’t know how they will stay in business. The servers were nice but there is no service.

Food was expensive for average quality. We had pizza. The margarita type was very salty, the mushroom was better. Service was very good, and our server was wonderful.

The setting is perfect in a nice day. We had many issues with the service. The manager was great and addressed our concerns; she even reduced our bill. It is a great spot for appetizers and drinks - I hope the service is better when I give it a second try.

We didn't get to eat or drink because the place was understaffed by 90%. We had a reservation, seated and 15mins in no one asked for our order. We attempted to order using the QR code that didn't work. We walked inside to ask the bar tender if the QR was working, he said no, I said can we order drinks here then take to seats, he said someone will be with us. Five minutes later, we checked with the host to determine if we have someone covering our table, he tried to get someone attention as was told "they will have to wait at least 10 minutes because I have 9 drinks to make". We waited 20 mins then departed but enjoyed the view.

They are new so still working out the kinks. The food was good and the ambiance is great.
