IMPORTANT: We can cater to gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy free so please make sure to tell us of any allergies or specific dietary requirements upon booking.     We were celebrating my husbands birthday, the service was excellent our waiter was Will, he went above and beyond to help. We were a bit disappointed on a few items we wanted to order and they didn't have them, had to opt for something different which was ok but not what we originally wanted. Food was ok but service made it by Will. Thank you

    I have dined with my wife on a number of occasions at the Roof Top Gardens and previously the food, ambience and service has been very good. This time everything was just a bit tired and appeared lacking in effort. When we arrived we were shown to our table which was rather Spartan with just knives, forks, napkins and glasses on the table; no flowers or a candle or something to brighten up the space. After about 5 minutes a waiter came with water and asked us if we wanted drinks and they took another 5/10 minutes to arrive. About 20 minutes after we arrived our afternoon tea arrived but without hot drinks which we eventually had to request. The food was ok, could have been better. All in all it was a disappointing experience and one that could have been so much better if only the many staff had given more attention to service. In addition, when I went to the toilets as I walked into the toilet a kitchen staff member came out of a cubicle and left WITHOUT washing his hands - terrible!!!

    Bit disappointed, as they made a mistake with food, they did offer a complimentary drink, the table besides us had mistakes as well!!

    Great venue but that’s the end of the greatness as far as our day went!! Arrived for bottomless brunch for our friends 50th. Sat outside which had the strangest smell of damp from the carpets but it was outside and had been raining so accepted that. Only one menu between 5! Ordered drinks and food. Waited a long time for the non alcoholic version which seemed strange! Then one whole round of drinks was completely wrong!! No apology just a “we will get the next ones right” After 1 hour 30 was told we need to order food by another waiter to which we replied we had! Our waiter then said he had ordered but the food had gone to another table!!! He would rectify the mistake in our bill and get the food ordered. We advised we were getting a taxi that was booked at 3.45 to another venue so food needed to be quick…i was promised 2 minutes! 20 minutes later our food arrived! We had only a few minutes to eat whilst paying the bill at the same time! Food was burnt and dry! The bill had not been amended to compensate the chaos that was bottomless brunch but we didn’t have time gi deal with it as our waiter was nowhere to be seen and we had a taxi to get!! Staff were unapologetic and clearly the venue was over staffed for the amount of bookings! Staff just didn’t seem to care that we’re dealing with all the issues we had! So disappointed as this was a special occasion and my friends had travelled from far to attend.

    Had such a beautiful afternoon. My friend was running late due to traffic and wasn’t a problem delaying the table. Staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Wonderfully attentive and had a laugh with us. We were so lucky with the beautiful weather to enjoy the rooftop, the music, decor and atmosphere was perfect. We could’ve sat there all day and just soaked it all in. Such a wonderful experience and a beautiful memory for us friends. Thanks so much. We will be back.

    Beautiful surroundings. Great service for on start to finish. Well looked after, excellent food and am certainly looking forward to my next visit

    I had to send back my start as it was on the menu as “salmon” but in fact it was not pate at all and was more like a tin of tuna. My partner then had to eat his starter alone. Then I ate my second choice starter alone. Then my partner had a main but as this came out soon after my starter I then didn’t want a main so he had to eat that alone too.

    Lovely date place to eat even if it isn't the warmest outside due to the heaters they have by the tables and a blanket they also provide if they aren't enough. Prices are normal range 10-20 for most meals and are made very well. The servers we encountered were very nice and friendly but they did forget about us to begin with and didn't realise we hadn't had our mains bought out to us after what felt like about half an hour (We were offered to look at the dessert menu before they came out, that's how long it had been) overall about a 6 or 7 out of 10
