My friend lost his phone and they did not left us go back to look for it. They then lied and said after 1 minute of knowing that they looked for it and could not find it.

Very disorganized, no number to call to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late to my reservation .. When I came in they told me to go by the bar to get a drink, when I did all the bartenders ignored me, one even told me I would be better off asking other bartenders to help me , not sure why. Just standing there like sitting ducks, when we finally got seated it took like 15 mins for a waiter to come to us, my waiter when she actually came was really great no complaints about my waiter at all , seats weren’t comfortable because there was no back support , it was extremely loud and noisy. Menu was really tiny, portions were tiny and the food was bland in my opinion, had to send back two drinks because they were just not good.. spent $500 in total , and all I can say is that I got a few cool videos and pictures .. wouldn’t go back there and wouldn’t recommend

The food is decent at Nobu, but the service this past time was awful (this was during brunch time). Feels like you’re a bother to the staff when asking for anything at all and they are definitely not accommodating. Shouldn’t feel on edge dining in a place that is broadly recognized as high caliber. Not a warm experience in the slightest. Won’t be back mostly due to the rudeness of the staff, but won’t miss the overpriced food that much either.

Awesome food and view loved it. Just disappointed we couldn’t get more drinks at 10pm

Absolutely awful service with an attitude. Not busy when visited yet waited almost 30 min for a drink. They were clearly staffed well. Manager was helpful

The drinks at Nobu are always amazing. This was our first time going for brunch. The food items were not as great as the lunch/dinner items.

We had a 2:30 reservation hoping to spend the afternoon there and on arrival we were told the kitchen & restaurant closes at 3 pm. This was not expressed to us prior to. The drinks were great but the food was meh. Minimal sushi menu and very basic rolls.

The maki rolls were incredibly basic and over priced. Unfortunately can’t say they were anything better than grocery store maki. We were seated at an indoor table next to the elevators instead of on the terrace, which was very misleading considering it’s a “rooftop bar”. We asked to move several times but they could not accommodate
