The restaurant didn’t make proper cover from sun heat, it is really bad place for lunch. Terrible service and the hostess looked like homeless.

Chose the rooftop, which is wonderful, but the seating was terrible. Seated on some sort of shorty table with an ottoman for a chair. Do not accept any seating not at a full sized table with real chairs. Food is still Nobu, but not as good as expected, and heading down that “more spice than flavor” path.

Our server, Kyla, was fantastic made recommendations we very much enjoyed and accommodated our special requests - she arranged for vegetarian tempuras, even though it was not on the menu. It was a great evening here at the Rooftop of the Nobu Hotel in Chicago.

Choose the rooftop for breathtaking views. Food was delicious. European portions!

Celebrated my birthday here. We had a party of 10 but the service was great! We got everything in a timely manner, our server was polite and the food and view was great! I’ve been to the restaurant downstairs and maybe it was just what we had that time, but the food on the rooftop was much better!

We stay at Nobu whenever we’re downtown and the hotel is fantastic, it’s our favorite place. Chose the rooftop for our 10 year anniversary dinner and I was so excited however my food never showed up. My husband received his, and our waitress kept returning saying it should come out anytime now (all I ordered was the tuna with crispy rice and a roll) our waitress came back with the check letting us know that she took my food off of the bill (obviously, I never received it) and “we could go if we wanted because I looked like I was in a rush.” … I was starving. She also said I could wait for my food to be wrapped up and then never came back again. I waited like an idiot hoping my food would show up because I was starving. Never came. Never even offered anything complimentary. How insanely disappointing.
