What a nice spot in St Martin. We love the Maho area and we’re happy to see more restaurants here. We had the lasagna and the veal Parmesan. All done perfectly. While I am not typically a Ceasar Salad fan it also was delicious. So much so that I had another one the next night to go. Delish

Roma has become our heart place in Sint Maartin. Yesterday we had another great dinner with my family, wonderful food (I’m italian, I know what I’m talking about), great ambience and service. Marco the general manager, Matteo the chef and all the crew… hip hip Hurra!

We stayed a couple of times last year. Yesterday I made the reservation and I forgot to ask for outside area (no A/C). The manager Marco, one year later, did remember our preference and called to confirm it. One year later. Out of the exceptional food, Marco knows how to feel at home a customer. Go to Roma, enjoy the ambience, enjoy real italian food amd pizza and you won’t ever be disappointed.

This is a fantastic restaurant. The service is excellent. The food is excellent, lobster bisque is fabulous. Caesar salad is great and eggplant parm is on point!

Caesar salad was excellent. The Branzino was dry. I thought it was a chicken breast. I sent the French Fries back because they were soggy. Chicken Parmigiana was huge and nothing special. Should have ordered pizza.
