Rollati's menu is a love letter to Italian-American cuisine, embracing the iconic dishes of Italy’s many regions, as well as those that developed in Italian kitchens across America. Guests will find familiar favorites alongside market driven dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients from local farmers and seafood purveyors, or the occasional nod to a modern pantry. Fresh pasta, made in house, is at the heart of the menu, while features from the Grill, House Specialties, pizza, and seasonal produce round out the menu. Our robust beverage program features an extensive selection of Italian and Californian wines that have been carefully selected to pair with our Italian flavors alongside classic Italian cocktails, aperitifs and digestifs. The restaurant also provides an extensive provisions market, where guests can purchase dried pasta, house-made sauces, freshly prepared items, and classic Italian pantry staples to enjoy on the go or to cook at home.

Really great Italian dishes, modern twist. Loved the decor and atmosphere of the band. Juan M. Was an excellent experienced waiter, with knowledge and patience, fast and friendly service. He really made our night.

This is one of the most physically attractive restaurants in San Jose. This is a full service restaurant that clearly intends to deliver a complete fine dining experience. The offerings generally are creative and inspired by Italian classics. The cocktail program offers interesting takes on the classics plus some more trendy low alcohol drinks. We had two significant disappoints in our recent visit. One, even when starting the meal at 8:30 pm, the restaurant was loud; the volume level decreased more to our liking as the evening went on. The other significant disappointment was that we (two people in the party) ordered three courses, each to be split - - just like they do in Italy. However, the first course took forever to come, then the second and third courses were delivered at the same time and in a manner clearly indicating that our intention to split each course, and have them come in a particular order, was completed disregarded. We were mostly impressed with the food, but with respect to the "Lobster Arribiata," a pasta dish, there was only one small chunk of lobster - - two bites at most - - and the waxy meat from the tip of the claw. Everything else that looked like meat at first glance turned out to be some sort of crouton or something. Nevertheless, the pasta sauce was delicious. The tiramisu dessert was among the best I've ever had.

We saw this restaurant on Instagram. It’s a 1 1/2hr drive from where I live, one way. However, I would gladly make the 3hr commute again to eat here. The thousand layer lasagna was excellent and so was the spaghetti e pomodoro. I want to go back and try the lamb. Not only was the food excellent, but the restaurant was gorgeous. This would be a great choice for a date night.

It was a first formal date for us and didn’t want to go super crazy in price and not getting super fancy. We also wanted to have a nice time out with good surroundings. The staff was very nice and we were seated right away. The waiter was very nice and attentive. The food was not bad. I did expect a little more from the pizza but all and all still good. We would definitely return

What a little gem in the downtown. Great cocktails and beautifully presented. I ordered the filet with truffle butter cooked to perfection. I'll definitely return. Great vibe!

10.12.24. Wonderful wine and cocktails at the bar. Then dinner which was fantastic. Our waiter was Shannon. She did it great job explaining all the dishes that we had. Rabbit is their signature dish. Oh my! The other dish we had was branzino which was cooked perfectly. Yes, I recommend this restaurant .

Enjoyed some of the new menu items including the crab cakes with fennel salad and pork milanese both of which were excellent. Service as great.

Beautiful spot with an exciting menu, and we had the added bonus of enjoying live music on the Wednesday we were there. Added bonus that you're likely to be sitting near some City staff who are talking shop, if you're an eavesdropper haha.
