Rollati's menu is a love letter to Italian-American cuisine, embracing the iconic dishes of Italy’s many regions, as well as those that developed in Italian kitchens across America. Guests will find familiar favorites alongside market driven dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients from local farmers and seafood purveyors, or the occasional nod to a modern pantry. Fresh pasta, made in house, is at the heart of the menu, while features from the Grill, House Specialties, pizza, and seasonal produce round out the menu. Our robust beverage program features an extensive selection of Italian and Californian wines that have been carefully selected to pair with our Italian flavors alongside classic Italian cocktails, aperitifs and digestifs. The restaurant also provides an extensive provisions market, where guests can purchase dried pasta, house-made sauces, freshly prepared items, and classic Italian pantry staples to enjoy on the go or to cook at home.

It was a first formal date for us and didn’t want to go super crazy in price and not getting super fancy. We also wanted to have a nice time out with good surroundings. The staff was very nice and we were seated right away. The waiter was very nice and attentive. The food was not bad. I did expect a little more from the pizza but all and all still good. We would definitely return

What a little gem in the downtown. Great cocktails and beautifully presented. I ordered the filet with truffle butter cooked to perfection. I'll definitely return. Great vibe!

10.12.24. Wonderful wine and cocktails at the bar. Then dinner which was fantastic. Our waiter was Shannon. She did it great job explaining all the dishes that we had. Rabbit is their signature dish. Oh my! The other dish we had was branzino which was cooked perfectly. Yes, I recommend this restaurant .

Enjoyed some of the new menu items including the crab cakes with fennel salad and pork milanese both of which were excellent. Service as great.

Beautiful spot with an exciting menu, and we had the added bonus of enjoying live music on the Wednesday we were there. Added bonus that you're likely to be sitting near some City staff who are talking shop, if you're an eavesdropper haha.

Lobster pasta dish had basically no lobster in it - 4 of us ordered it and the same. Rabbit was good but bony

Service was great. Everybody was really nice and polite. Ambience is beautiful. Location is great right across from City Hall. Food was OK. The thousand layer lasagna was OK. The noodles were overcooked and the meat that it sits on was purée. I ordered the lemon cello spritzer was very sour, but had a good kick . I also ordered the spaghetti àlla Limon, The sauce was so yummy. I felt like everything was overcooked and our dessert presentation was slightly sloppy with everything looking like it got tossed on the plate. We had the strawberry shortcake, But the taste was delicious. Overall was nice to try something new.

The food was absolutely delicious. Our server was also very kind and tended to our needs. The food did take a long while to come, however. Outdoor seating also wasn’t all that great considering we could hear all the motorists and fire trucks that came down that road. Not the restaurant’s fault though. Would recommend for a nice evening out with friends or a date
