Rollati's menu is a love letter to Italian-American cuisine, embracing the iconic dishes of Italy’s many regions, as well as those that developed in Italian kitchens across America. Guests will find familiar favorites alongside market driven dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients from local farmers and seafood purveyors, or the occasional nod to a modern pantry. Fresh pasta, made in house, is at the heart of the menu, while features from the Grill, House Specialties, pizza, and seasonal produce round out the menu. Our robust beverage program features an extensive selection of Italian and Californian wines that have been carefully selected to pair with our Italian flavors alongside classic Italian cocktails, aperitifs and digestifs. The restaurant also provides an extensive provisions market, where guests can purchase dried pasta, house-made sauces, freshly prepared items, and classic Italian pantry staples to enjoy on the go or to cook at home.

This was our first time at this restaurant, which came with high recommendations from a couple of friends. The food was delicious, but we found the service to be quite slow and not very attentive. Also, the restaurant was very busy and it was noisy in the main dining room. I am not sure that I would return on a weekend evening but will definitely keep this place in mind for a lunch or midweek dinner.

We had the 1000 layer lasagna with the short rib ragu and the pear ravioli. Both were excellent. The restaurant itself had a very cool modern vibe, I felt like I could have been in Milano! Service was outstanding, every staff person was attentive and aware-extremely polite. I don't drink alcohol so the mocktail menu was a nice to have. Bonus cannoli (delicious) for our anniversary was a nice touch. Definitely recommend!

This was our first time here, but we would come back. The food was quite good, and the service was excellent. Good selection of wine and cocktails.

It was a beautiful San Jose night and we were seated outside. Service was prompt and friendly. Concierge even wrote us a cute little anniversary note! Food was excellent, we had a round of cocktails, the fancy olive plate with a side of bread, the braised rabbit and the lemon pasta with crab. All excellent. Restaurant even comp'ed us a pair of dessert canolis to celebrate our anniversary. Super happy with the experience and am looking forward to coming back again.

We love this place so much. Popped in for a post-Niner game dinner last night. I had the lamb papardelle and my husband had the rigatoni arrabita. The cocktails were delicious and the food amazing. A gem of a place. Oh, and if you're there on a Sunday evening, have dinner at the bar. The bartender (wish I could recall his name) is simply fantastic.

Dining outside in downtown San Jose can be noisy. Won't do that again at this location. However the stuff that matters and is control of the Resturant was 100% great. Great food, wonderful Black Manhattan. The Strawberry Panacotta is amazing! ITALIAN Steak & Potatoes $$$ but worth it!
