Book graduations parties in advance. Rok N Fondue is a fun and casual fondue restaurant that is perfect for large groups or date nights. Many fondue restaurants tend to emphasize the romantic aspect of fondue, but this particular eatery actively caters to families and other parties.

The way guests order at Rok N Fondue is divided into three courses. For the appetizers, guests choose a cheese blend to dip a variety of breads, fruit and charcuterie. For the entree, Rok N Fondue offers a variety of broths also incorporates a hot lava rock, that can be used to cook everything from chicken to beef to pork and shrimp. Finally, for the dessert, Rok N Fondue has a bunch of chocolate options that can be melted together to dip marshmallows, graham crackers and fruit.

Extremely short staffed, which I would hope is not the norm. Our server was very attentive, despite being embarrassingly swamped from how poorly this place was run. We were there for nearly 2 hours and the bartender was able to get one round of drinks out in that time, as he was also the host and was also waiting tables. The manager was nowhere to be found until our last 30 minutes in the restaurant, which added insult to injury. This was supposed to be a fun interactive birthday dinner for my mom who is in from out of town but turned into a really frustrating experience by the end of it.

The food was outstanding. We had to be seated downstairs because my mom couldn’t get upstairs. The bartender services the downstairs tables which was a lot of work for him when he also services the patrons at the bar and makes all the drinks. He was great but very busy. We were there for a birthday celebration and the extra touch of a birthday card was cool. We will definitely be back!

Food tastes good, but this place had some big issues this evening. Service was super slow and spotty. Food items were not available and they did not offer their signature ROKs to get your food on (which is one reason you go here) that, plus, 2 hours to get food - No Bueno! At the end we were grateful that the food tasted good.

It was a unique dining experience that will have you wanting to come back and try something new. Definitely try one of the cheese fondue as an appetizer.

Our second time here and it did not disappoint. Had a drink at the bar while our table was readied, my be 5 minutes ( we were early for our reservation). We were seated up stairs over looking the bar. Wonderful music placed the entire time. Started with garlic and sundried tomatoes fondue. My wife has dietary restrictions and they accommodated her needs! Then we had fillet mignon cooks on a lava rock with asparagus and mushrooms on the side. It was great! It was an experience with no pressure to hurry us out. Our wait staff was on spot with our drinks and any other things we needed. You need to go and experience it for yourself.

Our hostess and waiter were both very friendly and cheerful. It was a little dark at our table because it was between lights. Fondue was very good, tuna was great! Our hot stone plates (seafood and middle steak) were good.

The musics itself was bizarre - especially for a Saturday night. It was soft 60s rock (like The Carpenters and Leslie Gore ) and it was incredibly LOUD. I mentioned to the server the music was kind of sleepy and they changed it to 80s (Whitney Houston and Michael Bolton 🤦‍♀️) and it was even LOUDER. The table in the back of the building facing the bar has no air circulation and it’s very hot. Add 4 900 degree lava rocks and it was sweltering. Our server was great but overworked and couldn’t keep up on refilling drinks, bringing more drinks. The reservation mentioned there was as a birthday but nothing was observed. For 6 people to get cheese fondue, chocolate fondue, 4 filets and two kids meals, 4 beers and 3 cocktails it was $560. Beware - a 20% gratuity is already added to the check without notice. Had it not been so expensive my rating would be better. But the food itself wasn’t spectacular for that price, and the cheddar cheese wasn’t great.
