Rojo Mexican Grill serves new culinary creations and many traditional dishes, such as quesadillas, tacos and enchiladas, but with bold new flavors or in unique presentations. Ingredients, such as the tortillas, guacamole, and salsas, are made fresh from scratch each day. And Rojo uses special proprietary blends of Mexican spices to create the unique recipes.
The stylish restaurant seats more than 280 guests and was designed to evoke traditional Mexican décor, but with a modern influence. Warm woods and soft red upholstery are offset by accents of leather, stone and steel. The dining room offers traditional table service and a generous view of the kitchen where diners can watch food prepared throughout the process. Three centrally located tables are dedicated to preparing hand-rolled tortillas, fresh guacamole and salsa in full view each day.

Sat on the patio for an early dinner on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon. Like every other time I’ve been here, the food was delicious. It seemed our server was distracted - took quite a while for him to greet us after being seated, and then only was at the table to take our orders, bring our drinks and one mid-meal checkin. He split the check for us, but mixed up which entree went with which drink. My friend and I figured out what went where, so we didn’t have to get him back to the table to fix it. I couldn’t tell what his workload was, but was a bit disappointed by the service tonight.

Took three people at the host stand to check each person in. Their excuse was that they were training someone and she didn’t know what she was doing. She couldn’t even say hi will be right with you. She just stood there while the line went out the door to check in at 4:45 PM. The people that walked in before us had no reservation and so they were walked out to the patio by request and that took eight whole minutes while we all stood there in line with reservations. I ordered meatloaf and they put the order in his house special so I had to wait at least 10 minutes after everybody else got their food to get mine. My husband ordered a drink and it came as a shot, even though he clearly articulated what he wanted.

I have always liked Rojo because it's consistently good. I usually get tacos, burritos or fajitas. I prefer the beef and steak over chicken no matter the dish. The steak is delicious in their fajitas etc. because they season it with unique seasonings. The service is always fast and efficient. The drinks are always great. I also feel as though the prices are unusually reasonable given how expensive most other restaurants are lately.

Came here for a Mother's Day dinner as the mom being celebrated had been craving Mexican. Made a reservation, arrived on time. Lots of free parking to be had in the area. The guy working the host stand, and the person who seated us both hate their jobs, and so it was a rough start. We were seated, and thankfully our server did not hate her job, or if she did, she did like most folks and didn't take it out on us. She was friendly, and present at all the times we needed her. Food arrived within a reasonable time from ordering. My chimichanga was very meh. My daughter ate only one piece of her quesadilla, and the wife and the other kid ate less than half their food. I thought the sweet rice was good, no one else did. The chips and salsa were good. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't special. Folks went back to the chips and salsa eventually. My margarita tased weird, like there was still soap in my glass when it was poured in there, but the mom being celebrated liked hers. All in all it was a meh. The place is a 20+ minute drive from our house, so its unlikely we'd be back anyway.

Sat outside on a beautiful day. Lovely server. Food was great! Wind was an issue and umbrellas were not safe to be using so were taken down. Unfortunately a lawn service company on the nearby property decided Mother's Day at noon would be a great time to have their staff mowing and using leaf blowers...that was disappointing, but out of the control of Rojo. We had a great time and would not hesitate to go there again! Free mimosas to all of the moms as well!

We sat right away for our reservation, but it was about 10 minutes until someone came to the table with water. We then ordered, but one of the 4 parties' meal food came out about 20 minutes before everyone else's. We were informed one of meal options had run out, but the replacement took awhile to produce. I appreciate that the manager comped that meal.

Ordered the 2 Carne Asada plate. Delicious! Slightly charred and I liked the option of 2 or 3. It came with beans and a sweet rice that I have never heard of. The rice was good, but I personally would prefer something more traditional and not sweet. Overall, it was delicious!
