We came here for my husband's birthday and food and service were both wonderful! We'd love to come back for a return visit soon!

We left starving. Pasta dish portion was so small. Could not find a salad option that sounded good. For the price alone we will not return.

Wow, What a wonderful new restaurant in Los Altos. The food, staff, the service and the experience were amazing. I highly recommend trying!!!

Wine by the glass menu was lacking. Cauliflower appetizer was awkward to eat and seasoning was not as good as previous menu. Oysters were as expected. Pork belly unsalted and unflavorful. Filet mignon was average. Chicken was juicy and excellent. Chocolate dessert was decadent and delicious. Honestly, we miss the Asa’s menu. We used to drive out of our way for this restaurant. Not sure we’d come back unless the menu changes. Roja was excellent in accommodating a last minute schedule change, so thank you for that.

We had a lovely dinner outside during at Roja. John was our waiter and provided great service (both timing and knowledge). My husband had the beef tartare and he gobbled it down. I had the mushroom lasagna and my husband ordered the osso bucco…both were fantastic. The “First Friday” event was happening on this warm evening making for a magical night! Roja is an upgrade from ASA in my opinion.

We have eaten at Roja several times since the new owners are in place. The food has been excellent. We experienced balanced and big flavors in all the dishes. The staff has been friendly and easy to work with and they paid attention to our table as needed. This is now my favorite restaurant in Los Altos.

Food was not good. Super disappointed. Maybe a bad days for them. But too many of our appetizers and meals were wrong or not right.
