We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain.

Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill.

Our menus are ever-changing, not just by the season but by the day. we embrace change, creativity & inspiration every chance we get.

For groups of 2 people, we recommend ordering 4-6 dishes from the three sections of the menu (depending on how hungry you are!). for example - 2 snacks, 1 small share plate, & 1 large share plate.

The food is designed to be enjoyed family-style. As such, your food will be coursed out as we see fit. for groups ordering individually, we will do our best to get your order out all at once, but you may experience some slightly longer wait times.

Our waiter was friendly and answered our questions, as well as being attentive. The food was amazing! As the tables filled, the noise level got louder as people were having conversations.

Absolutely phenomenal. I can say, with full confidence, that this is the best restaurant in Bellingham, and one of the best restaurants I have been to within the last 5 years. The ambiance was comfortable, and warm. The food was absolutely delicious, the presentation was gorgeous - and while being gorgeous you could tell immediately that the food was going to be both good and filling. I had both a recommended wine and a cocktail I found interesting, and while the cocktail was exciting and bold, it was able to standout from the food while also complimenting it. The wine was stunning! Crisp and juicy, while also pairing delightfully with the meal and elevating the bc overall taste. The staff were wonderful - they were caring and thoughtful, while also being enthusiastic about the food, drinks, and environment. They clearly knew the menu, but were able to personalize to my tastes and gave both me and my guests, a phenomenal time! They were able to give real recommendations instead of reading a sales script. Every single aspect of our meal was curated, and clearly made with passion, profession, and excitement - I can’t wait to return!

Very nice server was unaware that the saison beer offered was “peated “ I.e. “smoky.” Kitchen delayed/list? two of our 4 orders. Squash dish was good, albeit a bit burnt.

Outstanding experience at Roe in Bellingham last night. The food, service, atmosphere and mood were exceptional. The scallop crudo was a standout, easily one of the best dishes I've had in recent memory. It was artistically presented, with flavors and textures that were perfectly balanced. The focaccia with serrano ham is another must-try. The airy bread paired with the creamy alfredo sauce created a great contrast. The ham could have starred on its own but perfected the dish. A delicata squash dish was another highlight. This was followed by the gnocchi, which was light and delicate, and the mushrooms added just the right amount of depth and complexity. We ended the meal with the buttermilk tart, which was so good it was almost too hard to share. I've also had the kiwi lime trifle on a previous visit, and it's equally incredible. Don’t skip dessert here. Their wine list, though modest in size, was excellent and thoughtfully curated. As is often the case, we chose to bring a bottle of our own. As I've said before, Roe is a brilliant addition to the Bellingham restaurant scene.

Excellent food and attentive service. This is a very busy place and reservations are a must. Atmosphere can be quite loud. Innovative cocktails are produced at the bar.

After watching the TV series "The Bear," I was excited to see that B'ham offers a similar dining experience. We were not disappointed. The scallops were divine, the Squash mesmerizing, and the halibut delightful. The atmosphere was great, and the French fries were very nice. We will be gong back soon!
