Food was ok - nothing really special but still pretty good. Nice place. A fair bit of background noise, even when restaurant is quiet. Overall, good value for a lunchtime meal. Would eat there again.

Misleading specials. $15 burger and midi. Said to choose any burger on the menu but the burger I chose wasn't apart of the special so I had to pay full price. Only 2 beers amongst their many on tap beers were classified as house beer. I paid $14 for 1/2 a glass of chandon. Food was not what I'd expect from a Melbourne pub. Fairly mediocre

We were essentially the only table in at lunchtime other than a couple of groups of 2x - 1x was there when we arrived, another 1x arrived after we did. Our food took 60 minutes to arrive after we ordered it... for a table of 8, simple menu, how can it take 60+ minutes to cook simple dishes.. I had a 1:30 apt and had to leave without fully finishing my meal because it took so long.. and we've been there 3 times an every experience is the same... unfortuantely we will no longer use ROC Social for lunches as we cant afford the 2 hour duration for what should be a 45 min seating...
