Our order was a mix up from the moment we started. Either the owner or manager delivered the appetizer was wandering around our area of the dining room looking lost. Apps were OK. Entrees were received over an hour later. Bread was brought to hold over. Wife ordered the filet cooked medium. What arrived was a version of their Valentine special beef Wellington, it was gray, over cooked and literally looked like a cube steak with cheese baked on top. Just bad. My short ribs looked ok. Until you ate them. 80% fat. Not sure what happened and at most restaurants you’ll get one. Maybe they tried to make up the lack of quality by giving you quantity. They comped the filet and she didn’t eat dinner. Disappointed is an understatement as this was our first time away from our boys in 15 years and probably our first dinner out and alone in two years. Will not return and do not recommend this place unless changes are made.

We had a wonderful time, perfect pick for a nice meal with your Valentine! The ambience has always been lovely, food outstanding, and service top notch. Our waitress Tabitha was a rockstar! She constantly came back to fill my water as I arrived so thirsty from travel. Our meal came later than expected so she took the bottle of wine off our bill to compensate. Then she heard my boyfriend say my birthday was the next day and suddenly a beautiful big plate arrived with a lava cake, ice cream, whip cream and a candle ; with “Happy Birthday” written in chocolate on the plate! (On the house!) it was a delightful surprise and brought me to tears. We return here once or twice a year and we will always love Rocks 21, its music, food, staff and will recommend it to others. Thank you Tabitha for making our first night of vacation so wonderful!!!

This was our third time celebrating Valentine’s Day! Absolutely wonderful. Service and food absolutely amazing!! We will continue to come back not just to celebrate but to enjoy the restaurant as a whole. Can’t say enough about the views, the food, staff, and accommodations. 10/10

It was loud and the ambience was just OK. The servers are young but enthusiastic. The food was mediocre.

Our waitress Tabitha went above and beyond with her recommendations and professionalism, a seasoned hostess named Pam made you feel so welcome! Went for brunch had lobster Benedict and montecristo, both fantastic.

Great food tonight. The crab ravioli and duck breast were delicious. Our waiter Jacob was very attentive.

As someone with difficulty hearing in restaurants with loud music (background streaming or LIVE bands), we were happy we had the opportunity to be sat in a more quiet dining area. The live music was audible, but we were able to talk and hear each other thanks to our distance from the bar & live band. Plus the gas fireplace was nearby, also a nice part of the ambiance. Food was EXCELLENT. Service was great. Beer from NEBCO 100% awesome as well (I live near their brewery! So happy you offer their products!) Overall, lovely experience and planning to return when meeting other friends in the near future. Thank you! 💜🙏🏼✨️
