From the Team that made 'The Warwick' a Southern star celebrates the South again! Rockhouse Southern Kitchen a “Live Music Joint,” where the catfish-and-oxtail menu meets a rock-and-soul interior. Blues, Jazz, and R&B set the scene all day and night long. We have created an experience where our culinary farm-to-table offerings, hand-crafted cocktails, and nightly musical oblations will leave you coming back for more.

The venue itself is iconic in nature has produced some of most classic artist performances for over 25 years when it was Billy Blues and The Horn. Acts included the Fabulous Thunderbirds, blues mavens Bo Diddley, Clarence Gate mouth Brown, and Bobby "Blue" Bland. Fast forward to ROCKHOUSE LIVE you can expect amazing Rhythm and Blues, Jazz, and other fabulous genres of live music.

Me and my boyfriend came here for Labor Day weekend. We did the Sunday brunch buffet. It was really good. The music was really good. Best part of all was the mural of musicians on the wall. So cool!

I have never had an issue here as I have been quite a few times which makes it sad to write this. This was a Sunday and it was rather slow as only a couple hours before close. I had a reservation but once I arrived and saw how empty it was I asked to change my seat preference which they allowed. I met friends from out of town who arived before me also. They had ordered drinks and never received whilst me and my friend came later and received ours within a respectable time. The waitress looked very overwhelmed and flustered and let me know she was having issues with another table and that was her reasoning for the delay. I was taken back because agin, it was fairly empty. Needless to say her service was mediocre and she was not attentive at all. The drinks my friends ordeered were put on bills but never received and had to be taking off. One ordered food that needed utensils which were given to her 10 minutes after food arrived, It just was not a good night for food and drinks, The music was great and the hookah guy was on point. We even had to ask anotehr waitress to bring her over so we could pay which too her almost 15 mionutes, Sad day out for my guests.

Great food and ambience. My only complaint is the 2 hour table limit. I spent $400+ on food and drinks and would have continued to spend but was told we had to leave or move to another table and spend and additional $100 minimum. We moved to the patio area and stayed an additional hour. Noticed the table we were booted from was still empty once we left. If you ask me, they lost additional sales from me and should maybe consider 3 hour limits on live music performances.
