    My wife and I made the trip from Detroit to Rockefellers for our anniversary. This is our new favorite restaurant! Our waiter, Pedro, was pleasant, personable and efficient. We met the manager, Ricky Cave, who was equally personable and made our dinner and time there a very enjoyable evening. Lamb chops and salmon were excellent! I truly cannot say enough about this place. Felt like home!

    Our server Diane was the best! It was my first and not last time trying this restaurant. It’s truly a hidden gem.

    What a fantastic experience. We happened upon Rockefeller’s by chance and couldn’t be more pleased. Great service … incredible food … large portions … everything cooked to perfection. Thank you Rockefeller’s!

    I ordered the porterhouse medium-rare ($68 for a 24oz steak). I had to send the steak back twice as it was well done both times. The flavor of the steak was not great, and it was still rather tough as it was only about 1” thick. No accommodations were offered for this issue. We were offered additional bread, but it was never delivered. The service was not attentive. The oysters Rockefeller were okay, but not spectacular. Overall, the price for food quality was outrageously expensive. It’s sad, as we were looking forward to a nice dinner, but it was a marginal meal at best. We should have gone to Morton’s, Gibson’s, Ruth Chris’ or Eddie Merlot’s for the same price and had a much better experience. The ambiance is old and in need of major upgrade to the interior. The pricing was equivalent to a very upscale restaurant, which this was not.
