Good food, great service. We were placed at a corner table which was perfect since we were visiting out of state relatives whom we don’t see often. This allowed everyone to hear the conversation well.

I am really fair when it comes to reviews on places but my experience with this establishment was beyond poor. They had staffing issues which I understood but they were rude about it and made it known that they didn’t care if we patronized with them. We were told after an hour and a half of waiting to order that our food would take another hour to be ready. I nicely asked to speak to a manager and was told no because he was helping the cooks prepare dishes and he would not stop just to speak to me. We paid for our drinks we ordered and left the restaurant with a very sour taste in our mouths, not from the food but from the service!!! Just be a little more empathetic when you have an issue and people would probably understand and not write reviews like this!!!! Sorry not sorry!!!

Rock Bottom is a great place if you're having lunch or seeking a meal in an informal, friendly atmosphere with excellent service. The servers are friendly and efficient. The food is very good for the style of restaurant it is. I had the Brewer's Cobb Salad at lunch yesterday as I often do. It was filled with fresh ingredients and just what I needed on a summer day.

Issues started with the drinks. Everything my wife wanted there was "no blender" to make her a drink. And we were told it's been over a year since there was one..a blender is like 20 bucks and my meal was like 60. .then i got my food and didnt get onion rings that I'd ordered but fries instead...they did bring them out after i brought it up. Halfway through dinner and my wife never received her salad she had ordered at the beginning, and by that time she didn't want it.. Burger was dry and tasted like charcoal. Not to mention we couldn't even hear ourselves talk because we were put next to a family that had a get together. Definitely not interested in being back.

Our server was exceptional. She kept our drinks filled, was personable and accommodated us by cutting and serving a birthday cake and packing up the leftovers for the birthday person. We rewarded her well for her effort, and she deserved the tip. However I ordered the Margarita pizza, which came with practically nothing on it, 4 pcs had tomato slices, and the rest of the pizza was crust with a stingy amount of cheese. I have ordered this pizza at this location many times and have always been happy with it in the past. I wondered if they were out of ingredients for my order because someone ordered the pepperoni pizza, and it was loaded. There were 7 of us, and all other orders ranged from good to excellent. I am still perplexed at my order. Had I not enjoyed it several times in the past I would have been surprised to be served an empty crust, but I would not have known better. I’m sure we will return, but I will never order the margarita pizza again. Management should have been embarrassed for that to leave their kitchen. I did not comment because I was with several other people and did not want to change the focus of our lunch.

I had the fish and chips and my wife had the Cajun pasta both were good. I had the oatmeal stout which was great.
