    When we arrived, we had a reserved tag on our table upstairs for the dueling pianos! We were waited on immediately. The server was amazing and even recognized that my son was T1D. She was accommodating in getting nutritional information for us as well. Drinks from the bar were strong and tasty and the food was soooo good!! The entertainment was fun and we just had a wonderful time!

    Climbing the stairs to this cantina on stilts brought us to a wonderful vantage point for the marsh of a coastal preserve in North Myrtle Beach. We were seated next to the window overlooking the marsh shortly before sunset after choosing not to sit outside in the fading heat of a really humid day. Our waitress, Julie from Pennsylvania, was as friendly as we could hope, being from the same state as us. The tequila selection is substantial, although I was longing for my favorite - Siete Leguas. I chose Maestro instead and was not disappointed. The size of my 35-year companion’s margarita kept her whistle wet throughout our dinner. We shared the octopus ceviche appetizer, which set upon a bed of guacamole. It went well with the super crunchy corn tortillas that were served earlier, as soon as we sat down. Despite the octopus appetizer, I could not turn myself away from ordering grilled octopus. I’m pretty sure the serving was 1/3 to 1/2 of a full octopus! Grilled to perfection, I ate all my stretched stomach would allow (just two small bites remained). My wife’s choice was the Scallops Yucatan. She loves grilled scallops and did not leave a morsel setting on her plate. She loved the preparation, but felt it was a little over-powered by the bits of bacon. Overall, we were thrilled with our meals and the service. The price was a little steep, but I blame the pandemic for that. We’ll definitely return on a future visit to the area. By the end of our dinner, the outdoor seating was filled, as was the inside.

    Took an hour to get our food after ordering. Felt bad for the bar and wait staff as the restaurant manager was rude to them. Would not recommend until they can get their act together.

    This was our visit and it took way too long to get our food. We never got a refill on chips, had to ask for drink refills. Ordered drink from the bar, took 10 minutes to get it. Food was mediocre at best.

    The food and drinks were great. Loved the pianos. Service was slow, 20 min to get drinks, 30 min for our order to be taken, food on the table 1hr 5 min after we sat down. I believe they were understaffed.

    Delicious chips and salsa. Food was pretty good! When you order drinks, just know that there are upcharges for things you aren’t told about: margaritas-add strawberry? $1 more. Frozen? $5 more!?!?!

    Hi Anonymous. I am glad to hear you enjoyed our food! If I may explain about the drinks, it is $1 to add a fruit puree to your margs, that is pretty standard. We charge $5 more for a frozen because we have to use double the ingredients, so you are getting twice the alcohol, lime juice, and agave. If we didn't double up, you would taste ice and lime juice only, it would not be pleasant. These prices are very clearly listed on our menu. Personally, I'd recommend a marg on the rocks to get all the delicious flavor profiles!

    We walked out after waiting for 10 minutes at our table on a server to greet us. We had a reservation but apparently no one was able to assist us. Terrible experience and will not be returning. Would not recommend!

    Great meal. Ate the with two friends who were visiting from out of state and we had a great meal and a great time. Our waitress whose name I believe was Ana was out standing. Knows the menu inside and out Was charming, helpful and engaging. Will come back for the food and to see Ana.
