Latin fusion dining serving big, bold flavours from 6:30am to midnight.

Our menus, crafted by acclaimed head chef Diego Aguirre Vallenas - flown in directly from Peru - showcases 20 years of culinary expertise honed across South America, Asia, and the Middle East.

Enjoy casual dining at Papi's Grill, with classic Latin sandwiches and grilled anticuchos from our Parrilla BBQ, sample a range of fresh, vibrant ceviche and oysters from the raw bar, or treat yourselves to the Roca dining experience with dishes including empanadas chilenas, lomo saltado and king prawn chaufa. Save a little space to indulge in some classic Latin desserts including our decadent Peruvian cacao semifreddo with acai passionfruit sauce.

SUPER happy with ROCA on our recent impromptu visit! GREAT food, it really was! I loved every dish that was presented to us! Staff were also very efficient, quite knowledgeable and cocktails were expertly crafted and absolutely delicious! I live across the road and I won't hesitate to go back!! THANK YOU ROCA!!

Roca experience was amazing. Food incredible, and the waitress were so kind and attentive to us. Beautiful place, food and staff. For sure we recommend this lovely Latino experience !!!

Fantastic night at Roca, from the ambience and service to the food and cocktails. We especially loved all three staff who served us - super friendly, helpful and skilled. It was a great way to wrap up our trip as a family in Byron Bay.

great new revamped place in Byron Bay to dine. Good food and service with decent size mains. As a local, this is a welcome addition to Byron's dining scene. I have also been here for breakfast and its just a good

Newly renovated with quite a nice ambience. Food very average with meats tough and lacking in taste. Poor wine list. Wait staff backpackers with basic training although personable. Doubtful if we would return.

This is a place I’ll go back to plenty of times. I’m South American and I loved the food. Also, the place is truly mega welcoming and the staff smile back at you. Awesome food without the pomp of other venues in town.

Food was very good quality. Empanadas trio , excellent. Meat great too. The spatchcock though whilst tasty it was cold! Ambience and service were excellent and the food came to the table quite quickly.

It was our first time back since the renovation and it was such an improvement. More up market but still a great relaxed atmosphere, the new layout has been done really well and the indoor/outdoor seating is ideal for capturing those soft, balmy breezes. The ambience was great, the staff excellent +++ and the food fresh and interesting. Definitely will become a new go to restaurant.

The oysters were out of this world, the best we have had in a very long time. Service was fantastic and attentive aswell as friendly. Such a great set up, decor was relaxed but photo worthy. We will be back for sure. Great job Roca!

Fantastic new dining option in Byron, with an epic menu from start to finish. Both ceviche's we had were fresh and delicious, plus the main courses were on the money as well. Was so good we are already booked in again to double down tonight, and would easily be the best dining option in Byron. Tucked just away from the main drag too so quiet a peaceful spot.
