The Yarra Valley truly starts at Rob Dolan Wines. Only 30 minutes from Melbourne, our dog-friendly winery is the perfect place to enjoy cheese and wine, and learn about the Yarra Valley from our Wine Specialists in the Cellar Door.

Rob's philosophy is all about making wine with character; wine with depth which reflects our unique terroir. You'll taste from vineyard sites across the Valley, and learn how location impacts the perfect drop.

Visit us for a wine tasting, or order some cheese and wine from the Cellar Door which you are welcome to enjoy while overlooking the vineyard. If you're lucky, you might meet @merlot_thewinedog - our Chief Cuddle Officer - he loves making friends with our visitors!

Imagine yourself relaxing in our garden enjoying picturesque views and savouring a glass of our award winning wines. Elevate your visit with a charcuterie or cheese board featuring cheeses from Stone & Crow. Please note: - This is a non table service area, please order and pay from the bar inside. - Guided tastings are not available in this area, but you are welcome to order by the glass, bottle or try our Seasonal Flight, a seasonal self guided tasting of 4 wines. - Our Garden is not suitable for rainy days.

Tastings are $15pp, paid at the Cellar Door - buy a bottle to take home and we waive one tasting fee per bottle purchased. *Tasting includes five 15ml pours, approximately 1 standard drink*

We always enjoy Rob Dolan wine and food. It’s a lovely spot with beautiful views. We sat in the ‘wine cube’ because of the cold wind and we were warm and still had a great view!

First time to Rob Dolan wines and what a great experience. The staff were friendly and engaging! The manager Nick came around and welcomed us. The platters were plentiful and great value for their price. The Signature Pinot Noir was delicious. The offer of blankets in the garden area was a pleasant surprise also, as it turned cool during our visit. We will definitely be back!

We were a group of 8 + ordered two large platters. We waited some time for first platter and the second platter was a good 30 minutes after the first. The fifth wine tasting never came until requested.Ambience,wine and food were great

Had a lovely afternoon at Rob Dolans! Dog friendly is such a bonus! Beautiful food and scenery! Kristy was our host and was absolutely lovely! She was so bubbly, friendly and an asset to the team. She made our experience!

We had a lovely afternoon with friends, The cheese board $100- was just perfect for us all. We added the blue cheese. It should have it all the time. The heaters were on, then we were offered a blanket too, Thanks for having us again,

Had a lovely day catching up with friends. A wonderful place to go, Fine wine, love the champagne. Everyone enjoyed the experience.

We had such a lovely experience at Rob Dolan Wines. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The food and wine were delicious. With plenty of vegan options. We shared a vegan platter and did a tasting. Our favourite thing was how dog friendly they were, they even have a dog menu! We sat on the Verandah on a cool but clear day. Outdoor heaters and blankets made for a cosy vibe. The view was gorgeous as well. Will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, relaxing enviroment with peaceful views and a great selection of wines and platters that are very goood value ! Nice balcony to eat & drink with outdoor tables or graased area to sit relax even with your pooch Very Very recomended
