Great food and service. The enchiladas were delicious as well as the hot sauce and guacamole. Our waitress was great.

Service was attentive but the food did not taste fresh. My wife ordered been and cheese enchiladas but received cheese only with beans on the side. Beans did not taste fresh or seasoned at all. Not sure it was the food but my wife fell sick in the middle of the night.

We're old so we can't eat too much but a dish of guacamole with chips and the shrimp cocktail was a fabulous meal! The shrimp were perfectly cooked and lots of them! We will definitely do this again!

We went there at 415pm-the website said lunch menu till 5pm. The server (female) gave us a dinner menu. I ask her about lunch menu. She said since she started in December she always gave our dinner menu at 4pm. We then proceeded to order the happy hour tacos and nachos. The tacos were crunchy street tacos and the nachos had Velveda type cheese-neither was very good. Also order happy hour beer for $6. We are used to good Mexican food being from Southern CA. Amigos has come the closest to our Mexican food stanards. The server and busboy was very attentive. The restaurant was empty inside when we arrived and only one other table at 520pm when we left. I would give this restaurant a C-.

This is the first time we have eaten at Roasted Chilies. We have lived on Maui for 26 yrs. I am so glad we went yesterday. It was my 80th Birthday. I made res at 5. Margaritas very good. We had the Onion Rings Con Camarones as an appetizer. Excellent. I had the Enchilada Langostino; it was also excellent. My husband had the Shrimp Quesadilla and he said it was good. We were greeted by a young man when we entered. He showed us to our table with a smile on his face. Waitress was very helpful in explaining the different dishes always with a smile.

For a strip mall Mexican restaurant it is about what you would expect. Can't blame them too much for their prices as we are in Maui but you also can't help correlating those prices to the food and that is where I struggled a bit. Not horrible, just not great. Our server however was very pleasant and took great care of us.

I love this place! The service and ambience is great not to mention the food is of a higher quality of Mexican food on the island. A great choice above the rest.
