Limited menu and a little pricey for what you get. Service was nothing special and food didn’t come out hot.

This is a great basic option for pre-theater. The food was good. service exceptional. The whole place can benefit from a refit as it looks like it is still in the last few decades. The food can be a little more imaginative to elevate it from the basic level it's at now. Service was EXCEPTIONAL. Attentive, quick and efficient.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating service. All of our meals were delicious! We left making plans to go back the next time we’re in the city.

I want to highlight the good service we got. We asked to share a plate and they brought it already divided and served as they were individual plates. The waitress was Spanish speaker and was very attentive and friendly.

I took my daughter out for Thanksgiving dinner here. We were seated over half hour after our reservations time, fed over an hour later, and the food was mediocre. The waiter was extremely accommodating and attentive. The manager apologized and comped our starter and side dish ($21). However, we were only able to eat half of our meal and took the rest to go. We had tickets to a show we could not be late for. It was not worth the $80 (total after "discount") spent on 2 entree's, a starter (soup), one side (mac & Cheese), and the $20 spot hero parking. The Turkey lacked flavor and the Brussel Sprouts were not done properly. The stuffing and the mac & cheese were very good. We literally had to swallow whatever food we could eat in 15 minutes. Would not recommend for dinner and will not be returning.

Repas de Thanksgiving. Excellent crab cake et saumon. Plat de dinde très moyen. Fade, choux de Bruxelles sous-cuits, garniture sans intérêt. Service et cadre très agréables.

We went on Thanksgiving and eventhough the place was packed, the hosts were super nice, however our waiter was very unfriendly when asking for our order, and when our meal took over an hour to be ready and he couldnt be bothered to let us know, like he told other tables, plus there were lots of foodflies flying around. The place has a good vibe and nice food, but definitely have to take care of the service and cleaning

We dined with family and friends for Thanksgiving dinner at Roanoke. We could not have been happier. The set menu still allowed diners to individually select drinks, appetizers, sides, the main dish (turkey and trimmings, salmon, steak), and dessert. Everything was delicious and well-seasoned. The wait staff was attentive. It was a packed house (because who cooks anymore?). We even ordered an extra plate to go (because leftovers are a must!). If Roanoke offers Thanksgiving dinner again, we will book it again!

Food was mediocre at best! Waited well over an hour for my food. My children grew really anxious and impatient. There were no available high chairs. I couldn't begin to explain how bland and tasteless the food was the only thing that was ok was the salad and fried chicken. I had to change servers because my first one was inattentive and lacked knowledge of the menu. I don't think he even put in my food due to the amount of waiting I had to endure. My second waitress went above and beyond to make things right but it still didn't make up for the awful food.
