New fav restaurant in Tampa! The food was OUTSTANDING, I was extremely impressed. We ended up here on a whim and I’m glad we did. All the staff were super nice and made our experience an enjoyable one. We will be back.

Anniversary dinner stuck at a table between two groups, but I wish that was my biggest issue. The fact that we went home early and I was up most of the night with stomach pains is the bigger issue. As far as the service, rushed, no time to enjoy, felt like we were at the Outback being rushed to order off iPads. Ambiance, well why call it a restaurant when it is more like a night club. Overall Hyde Park is poorly represented by this restaurant.

I recently dined at Ro in Tampa, and I have to say, it was a standout experience. The quality of the food was excellent—the sashimi and rolls were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were well-balanced. You can really taste the difference in quality here, and the prices feel justified for what you’re getting. The service was also top-notch. Our server and the trainee she was guiding were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped us with our entire order, making thoughtful recommendations and ensuring everything arrived as we wanted. It was clear they cared about our experience, and their professionalism made the evening even better. Overall, Ro is a must-visit for anyone looking for fresh, high-quality sushi in Tampa. I’ll definitely be back!

Good but overpriced for a standard sushi meal. They did serve a small ice cream after which was nice.
