Drinks took forever, appetizers were good, entree's mediocre, staff poorly trained and no one in management following up on our experience. Was very disappointing, was hoping for a better experience in such a beautiful space.

First cocktail order (1 manhattan and one vodka on ice - not complicated) before dinner took at least 20 minutes to be delivered - notwithstanding that the restaurant seemed to be about 1/2 full and plenty of staff - including 2 behind the bar. The second cocktail order by one of our party of three was totally lost and had to be requested a second time another 20 minutes later. The server did bring us complimentary 1/4 glasses of wine during the delayed first order. Server was a bit condescending. Everything other than service was stellar.

Great food and space, generous sizes (even the small plates are meant to share with (4) people).

Food was great, but we could tell they are a new restaurant going thru growing pains. It was cool and windy when we were they, but they still had the restaurant opened up. We asked them to turn on the heaters, but we were told they come on automatically at 65 degree and it was 67. They said they would figure out how to override the system but never did. None of us were expecting/told we be outside and we were underdressed. If it wasn't for the hearing issue I would have given 5 stars, but they'll get it figured out.

Wonderful Anniversary Dinner! Hanna was our server and she was very helpful with the menu and cocktails. Amazing food with small plates and entires for all types of options. We selected the hummus and calamari for starters. Our main dishes were the Walleye and scallops. Excellent flavor and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend reservations given it is new and busy.

Food was very good. Service was very good. Ambiance seems to lean casual, not what we were hoping for. There is already a casual restaurant at the hotel. We were expecting Rix to to be more upscale.

The food was really good. I had Walleye with sweet corn and spinach, which I really liked. Very fresh tasting veggies in the meal and Caesar salad. The atmosphere is amazing...love the decor!
