I never usually leave reviews but all of those I have seen on here were accurate. Great ambiance and beautiful restaurant however, on arrival escalators were broken and elevator was very slow with toilets in basement, just chaotic. Food did not taste as good as hoped and some plates came out lukewarm/cold. Service could definitely be improved aswell. Wouldn’t recommend, especially for the price ££££!

Starter of tuna tartare came frozen. Service was non existent. Food was slow to arrive. Toilet located in basement only accessible by a lift that takes 5mins to arrive. Can’t see this place lasting beyond the end of the year

Went for a working lunch. Arrived to broken escalators, the brioche bun for my ratatoille starter had mould on the side and three broccoli florets cost £13. Not one to recommend despite the great location and perfectly good decor/ambience.

I just dined and had a mostly positive experience. The food was fantastic in terms of taste; each dish was flavorful and satisfying. However, the presentation could use some improvement to match the quality of the food. The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, making the dining experience very pleasant. The ambiance of the restaurant could benefit from an upgrade, especially the tables, which felt a bit dated. With some enhancements to the décor, the overall dining atmosphere could be much more inviting and upscale. Despite these minor issues, the prices are reasonable, and with some tweaks to the presentation and ambiance, this place could easily become a five-star restaurant. I would still recommend it for the great food and excellent service.

The minute we walked into the restaurant we received such a warm welcome from staff! Twe felt that the ambience was pretty unique and fitting, they had great music playing all night by a DJ. The food itself was fantastic of course and the bartender made the drinks delicious. Highly recommend!

The restaurant has a fantastic feel, with floor to ceiling windows and it's very light an airy as a result. Looks spectacular. HOWEVER, the food was incredibly salty. I'd say this could have been a one-off but I have been here before and remember the same issue, even though I ate something different - and it was so salty that I was thirsty all afternoon - a shame because it was otherwise tasty and nicely cooked. Service was not good - side order came just as I was finishing my meal, with only a slight apology and no offer of a discount. They also automatically put service on the bill - the least they could have done is taken that off. I was in a business meeting so didn't make a fuss. Because of the above, it is not good value. I don't mind paying if everything is good.
