My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary last night. EVERYTHING - our server (Jill), the ambience, vibe, and our meals - was AMAZING. I highly recommend the Beef Stroganoff. They have outdoor seating but a little too windy to sit out there, but I plan to do so on my next visit. We will definitely be back and bring our friends!

This was our first time returning since it reopened, and we had a wonderful experience. Service was a little slow but pleasant, and the food was delicious. So glad it's back, and we will return.

My wife and I went to this restaurant in 2009 on our Honeymoon. We decided to go back this year right before our child is born. We were lucky enough that they just recently reopened. It was a fantastic experience and we are absolutely thrilled we were able to go back to recreate the experience we had on our honeymoon.

Celebrating my 3d retirement. We were seated at a table by the window overlooking the York River. There were 2or 3 other tables occupied at 5:30 when we were seated. Water and menu were brought quickly, and questions about menu items were answered truthfully. We both ordered a glass of wine which came quickly, but we waited and waited and waited for our salads which we eventually discovered were served WITH the meal! The salads were very good, and very large, even for side-salads, but it was difficult to eat the salads and our meal at the same time. My wife's salmon was prepared exactly as she ordered, and the crab cakes I had were very good with lots of crab meat in them. Although there were few other diners, a rather large group was very vocal and their sounds carried too well throughout the restaurant. There is no sound deadening material in the entire room except the carpeted floor; all other surfaces were hard and very sound-reflective. In spite of the above, we do plan to return.

Food tastes like it has been sitting there for quite some time. View and ambiance were great. The waitress was fabulous. Hush puppies were good. But nothing else tasted or even looked fresh.

All the food and drinks were very, very good! Our waitress was training but very sweet and attentive. Waterfront view was enjoyable and not too noisy.
