The new look Riverside Restaurant & Bar is located on the ground floor of Hilton Belfast in the heart of Belfast. Every day in Riverside begins with the famous Hilton Buffet Breakfast offering a wide range of international and local breakfast favourites. Enjoy the sumptuous breakfast with panoramic views over the River Lagan from our floor to ceiling windows.
The Dinner service offers the best of local cuisine. We pride ourselves on seasonal changing menus celebrating the very best in local ingredients.

The Belfast Waterfront Hall is right next door making this venue ideal for Pre Theatre dining before attending a show. Pre-Theatre dining is available on show nights.
Groups are welcome with large tables of up to 20 diners. Semi private sections for up to 40 diners available upon request.

Really nice restaurant, nice decor, nice and quiet, staff attentive. We asked for a baby seat and they had it ready for us arriving. Food was perfect and timed well between courses, as soon as we finished starter main arrived 2 minutes later, draft beer was nice.

Beautiful setting at the waterfront. Food was delicious and staff very attentive, pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend

No music for ambiance and was quite empty so quiet. Ordered a main, wine and dessert. Pork belly was so dreadful I sent it back. Ended up with chips and a prawn cocktail. Chips were disgusting. Partner had battered haddock which was nice but again…. The chips were too horrendous to eat. I wasn’t impressed with the menu selection either. But the wine was nice and the staff were brilliant. I would not return.

Expensive for portions. Slow service. Watchdogs they charge you for. Had to query when we were charged full price instead of early bird menu

Lovely meal after a concert in the Watrfront. Food was excellent. Generous portions. Service was excelllent and very pleasant and attentive staff.. We us a Groupon but staff seemed unaware of how to redeem it but overall lovely meal and would definately return.

They had no record of my booking. Came to take order as soon as they gave us menu!! Was slow to be served. Ordered dessert but waited for ages, finally asked again and they said 'oh sorry, sometimes when we put order in at till it doesn't go through to kitchen!' Well, that wasn't exactly our problem. We went for pre show menu hence the booking at 5.45......we were rushing out the door at 7.20....for a show at 7.30....not the relaxed experience I was hoping for. Food tasty when we got it

On arrival we where informed with an eye roll that our table had been given away as we had booked it for 6pm not 7pm. Thank goodness I had proof it was booked for 7pm on the open table app. We where given a slight apology and told to wait whilst they tried to find another table. The restaurant was not busy, I'm not sure why it took them so long to find another table. Other people were complaining about the service, one couple got up and left after waiting so long for their food. We had to remind the waitress that we hadn't received our drinks after 30 minutes of ordering then. When our food came it was luke warm. A big fat service charge was added onto the bill also. We wouldn't recommend or return.

Booked a table for 7, didn't get seated until 7.30 even though the place was quiet. We ordered after about 5 minutes but our waitress didn't bring out our drinks for a further 15 minutes, and our food didn't come out for a further 20 minutes after that! I'd be understanding if the place was busy but it was less than half full. The restaurant manager was apologetic and applied a discount for our bill, but the staff could do with sharpening their skills. The breakfast the following morning was brilliant though, no complaints.
