Great service. Terrific waitress, nice live background music and sitting outside, lower level next to the River was a great plus. Now sure just how the bartender made my Manhattan Cocktail,but sorry to say it did not taste right? I decided to say nothing. I will still give the experience 5 stars.

Food was good and the place was very nice. Outstanding service from our waitress. My wife and I went here for dinner for our anniversary/her birthday. However, we had an emergency come up shortly after our food was brought to our table. Our waitress without skipping a beat or wasting time was able to box up our food and a couple of slices of cheesecake for the occasion so that we could enjoy our night and food later. I cannot express my thanks enough. My only complaint is that I reserved a specific section and when we arrived our reserved section was unavailable so we were seated in the lounge instead.

We love coming to Rivers Edge for the ambience and normally for the great service and food. Unfortunately, this time around we had an inexperience waitress. She was very sweet and welcoming, but we only saw her maybe three times during the hour and a half we were there. The runners and hostess were the ones that were bringing out our four courses. Come to find out management had her working inside and outside and in all the different stations. Not sure if that was a great call on the management part. Our waitress apologized and comped us a dessert, which was very sweet. Hopefully it was a learning experience not only for her, but an awakening for the management, not to stretch their staff so thin.

Food quality was excellent the best NY sirloin that I've had in a long time, everyone at our table said the same about the food. Service also was very good we will definitely be back!

Everything is always excellent. Did not get table in the area that we requested. But still very happy with the booth.

Way overpriced. Standard and/or subpar (burnt sandwich bread) food. Our sever had zero experience and it showed. Will never go back.
