My friend and I had a lovely lunch in the dining room side of the Riverhouse this week. My Rueben was fully loaded and delicious, and her flatbread was light and yummy too. The bill was reasonable - $72 for the food plus a glass of wine each. Making reservations (and changing them) was easy and the service we had was excellent. We were celebrating my friend's birthday and she was comp'd a dessert, which was also delicious. The restaurant is right on the river with a gorgeous view. It was too cool for us old biddies to sit outside but I know it's lovely in the summer. It's a great restaurant and I totally recommend it.

We were treated so well. We had 4 adults and 2 young kids. Sitting on the deck was perfect. Everyone loved the meal and Rum/Ram(?) was excellent.

I ordered the Paella which was good and large but a little pricy at $41 given this is a very casual with no cloth napkins. My husband has an onion allergy and was not able to order anything he wanted that didn't contain them. He ended up ordered the Beef Dip with NO Dip. The location on the riverfront is lovely but that day it was cool and very windy so we sat inside at a window table.

A beautiful location with the potential to be one of the top restaurants in the area. Overall not a bad experience but falling short on everything. Definitely needs a woman’s touch on the decore as well on the nonexistent ambience. We started the evening with the mussel hot pot, which arrived at the table in record time. Upon further inspection, the muscles were so over cooked that they were small rubber bits. The sauce was tasty, but overall this was a disappointing start to the evening. The service was ok, but lacked any personal touch that left me feeling like we were being pushed to make decisions, like being asked twice if I wanted a drink, after I explained that I wish to wait for my date to arrive before ordering as we may get a bottle of wine. We ordered the Seafood pasta, which was pretty much all pasta and no seafood. There were three mussels and a few small crumbs of fish which were pretty much non existent. Pretty disappointing meal… no ground pepper offer, no clean forks brought to the table, in fact the fork I did have was removed from the plate it was sitting on and was placed on the table … that was kinda gross to be honest. I had to grab new sets from a near by table as the waiter had just vanished until our meal was done. I will not return and will not recommend this location to friends, as the 200 plus dollar bill was not worth the disappointing experience. I give this a 2.5 out of 10.

Very friendly service. Calamari was delicious. Beef dip was soggy.. needs sturdier bread or less sauce/just already on it. Comes with a dipping sauce anyway. Delicious complimentary birthday dessert.. a mocha pie. The place can be noisy inside; outside was a bit cool. Nice riverside setting.

My seafood club sandwich was delicious! I would order it again. Sitting out on the patio was absolutely beautiful!! I would definitely go back!

I always enjoy eating at the RiverHouse, the food has never disappointed and the service is always friendly & polite. Being able to enjoy their outstanding deck is a real bonus in nice weather.
