    Firstly, the grounds are beautiful and the design of the restaurant, the patio and the tasting bar are too notch. Secondly, the staff was welcoming and super attentive. Thirdly, the food was exceptional. Nick and team, well done!

    The ambience was perfect, we rent a cottage close by and come once a year. We enjoy the experience, family time and delicious food. 😋

    A lunch out in a beautiful setting and exceptional service is a rare treat. River House exceeded all expectations . The accommodation for dietary needs were easily met. The food was wonderfully presented and not one of us in our group of four went away hungry. Thank you, we will be back.

    The place is beautiful. Great location with grapes, grapes, river and beautiful buildings and grounds. The menu however is very limited, only 4 entrees, a meat, chicken, fish and vegetarian. That being said the food was average. Nothing that blew me away. Also, we had a member of our party that has alcohol issues, and we knew it was a winery, but all the entree sauces except one contained alcohol, so it was difficult. Not the restaurants fault , but more options would have been better. Lastly, our order was put in wrong, so the wait was very long. They made up with it with a complementary dessert, so that was nice. Expanding and improving the menu would be the key.

    My son and I each had the beef short rib. Make no mistake, mine was outstanding! My son however, received a short rib that was more fat than meat. I wanted to send it back, but he was determined to not make a fuss for anyone. I would suggest the ribs be examined a little closer and any very fatty ones be removed. The three other meals, including my Short rib were excellent. This experience would not, in any way, stop us from coming back. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service was good as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

    A wonderful place to eat with family and friends. Food is excellent and service was superb. I will keep going back with many more friends and family.

    What a beautiful relaxing afternoon at Riverhouse. Food and wine were great and the music that was playing was perfect not too loud so you could have a conversation l. All in all will out again and would highly recommend
