River Falls is a nice respite from the Providence or Narragansett restaurants located in northern Rhode Island. The ambiance is rustic to a degree, but it is a very friendly and comfortable place to eat. Service and follow up attending was great. Take a ride to Woonsocket and enjoy.

What you expect for a 5 star rating. Food was great, no waiting, great atmosphere, and low noise level.

It was a beautiful night, and we wanted to eat outside. There was a great patio area, but there was a live musician, and while the music was good, it was so loud we could barely hear ourselves. The menu is extensive, and the food and drinks were great. Adults and children enjoyed their meals. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I ate outside by the river. We had bourbon steak tips$24 and chicken marsala$19.both came with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. Both were excellent..good size portions. Blue moon draft for me and a berry sangria for my wife...sangria was outstanding per wife..not water down..gave her a buzz. Lol. Our waiter Mitch was great. Brought me another beer when i was running low. He made sure we had everything we needed+ the manager came to each table asking if everything was alright. There was a one man band singing and playing his guitar. It was not to loud at all and we were sitting close to him..overall great dining experience..Downside is parking lot is small but right across the street there is plenty of parking. Not a big deal at all. Will be coming here more often.

Mitch our server was outstanding! This place is terrific for date night and the food was delicious! Don't believe the negative reviews! The new management is fantastic and they are working hard to make this place a hit! Saturday night music on the patio was awesome , calm and enjoyable!!!

Great GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS including DEDICATED SEPARATE FRYER. I had GF tater tots appetizer and the scallops with rice. Beautiful setting outside with view of the waterfall and shaded with an umbrella. Many gluten free options on the menu but not readily found when I checked on Open Table. They have GF steak but not prime rib; would love to see the prime rib be cooked gluten free, maybe use GF flour or cornstarch instead of wheat flour. Would probably get many more celiacs coming!
