Had a lovely time seated near the window, very relaxing setting. All staff were very attentive hower the service was slow for food coming out. The pizza was amazing, the carbonara wasnt the best ive had but not bad. Also had ice cream for dessert which was delicious. Would come back for pizza and wine again

It just so amazing especially with how nice and presentable the restaurant is in service , staff self presentation and best bit is how helpful the staffs were in helping me make my girlfriend la birthday a pleasant and memorable one, thank you!!!!!

We had a very pleasant afternoon meal, staff very attentive and welcoming. Would return again if we ever visit Leeds in the future.

Food came ou too quick. Within 3 mins of ordering. It was chicken. So overdone. Spoke to manager about it

Staff were engaging, service was quick but not too quick. When the bill was presented it was pointed out the service charge was voluntary, I happily paid it. The food was very good, the dessert was bigger than expected, which was lovely. I could have done with a bit more chili on the prawn starter but that's down to my taste. Spaghetti was perfect. Would love a return visit.

The service during this visit was very poor & not like the normal Riva Blu we are used to. The service was poor throughout the evening. We had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to go with our meal which was requested at the start, we never received it had to ask a second time & then it was finally brought over. Upon getting the bill the bottle of prosecco that was supposedly complimentary was listed on our bill, which we had to ask for it to be removed. Alongside we went for the Gambas Bruchetta starter & was absolutely appalled at the portion size; usually you get two slices of bruschetta bread with 2-3 prawns on each. But this starter had one small piece of bruschetta bread sliced in half & put together with just 4 prawns on it. The starter was delicious but disappointing with the size that was received. We ordered this as a sharer & there was barely enough for one person - would’ve appreciated been told the portion sizes had been halved in size, so we would have know to order two. Overall the restaurant seemed very unorganised & created an awkward dining experience. Doubt we will be booking again for the Leeds restaurant in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry your experience didn’t meet the usual Riva Blu standards. During busy periods, there can be oversights, and we sincerely apologise for the delay with your Prosecco—we will investigate this further. Regarding the bruschetta, the portion size hasn't changed; it’s still served as a regular starter with two pieces of bread, each topped with two prawns and spicy mayo. The only difference is the bread type which we changed about a year ago. If you have any further feedback, please reach out to us directly at leeds@rivablu.co.uk.
