Not a great experience. Arrived 10mins early, unable to get a drink at the bar, kept being told someone would come over to us & take our order, but nobody did. Seated at our table and no immediate drinks order taken. Drinks turned up moments before starters. Beer glass handed over with a bottled beer had greasy finger prints over it. Calzone was cool/luke warm in the middle. Couldn’t finish it because of the temperature/texture of it, quite sloppy in the centre. Service charge added to the bill. Food was reasonably priced, venue itself is really nice. Great theme & decor. Overall disappointed & wont be revisiting. Went previously when it was Gino’s & we had a great experience.

Highly recommend Riva. Outstanding food, beautiful restaurant and the gentleman whom served was engaging and polite (I believe he was the manager). Prices are lates 20’s but the quality of the food was value.

Terrible experience. Waiter didn’t understand the difference between being a coeliac and vegan. When raised errors on allergen sheet and his advice, took no accountability

Excellent service and a delicious meal. The fish was cooked perfectly, and there was a generous selection of gelato, too.

Met some of my new team members here on a Tuesday lunchtime, It wasn't too busy so were there for about 4 hours and were able to do a bit of work on the wifi . The food was delicious and had some great cocktails. highly recommend. the staff were also fantastic, very polite , warm and friendly
