   Emily, our server, was lovely! Really appreciated the manager coming over to greet us. The food and drinks were excellent

   We were thrilled with the change of table going upstairs to a quieter one; really appreciated this. Ruby was our server and she did a fabulous job. The food was tasty and impeccably plated, oh my! From the apps to the entry’s, brunch in the downtown area is top here at RH. Enjoyed, not rushed. We’ll see you again!

   Atmosphere was good. Loved the hanging seats in the waiting area. Definitely understaffed. Took a long time for initial contact. Needed to ask twice for non-alcoholic drink. Alcoholic drinks were large but mostly juice. Timing for plating was off, upscale women should be served first, and one of the women in the party was served last and on the order of minutes after the first plate was served. The late dish was undercooked, shasimi texture near the meatier portion, only the outsides were edible. One of the desserts were completely forgotten. Brought it up to the server and the manager at the end of the meal so they graciously didn't charge for the dessert I didn't get and removed the cheapest appetizer from the bill. I'm traveling so went to this place as a dining experience splurge. It did not meet my expectations. Art on the walls was interesting. Brussel sprouts were good. Shortrib was good. Steak was good. Not mind blowing, but good. Fried chicken was great. Mocha latte cup dessert was innovative with everything being edible, but the mousse was thick and difficult to eat. It was more solid than ice cream. Maybe needs a fork because it shot off the plate every time a piece was broken off with a spoon. Strawberry syrup on the brownie sundae didn't mix with the flavors right. Hopefully, I was there on an off night, and all of these problems are related to a staffing issue. Personally I probably wouldn't be back either way since I'm not from here, but I can't recommend it based off my experience.

   Portions were scarcely small delicious but for $42 I thought they had accidentally given me the appetizer instead of the tuna dinner do better

   Nicely crowded on a Thursday for dinner. Very friendly staff. Beautifully decorated. Wonderful Ceasar salad, and crab cakes. Fun presentation of birthday dessert- sparkler with cotton candy and a cupcake. Great waitress.

    We go to dinner monthly in the Cultural District before our shows at the Benedum but had never been here before. We certainly will return! Personal attention to EVERY detail was obvious!
