Una nuova idea di esperienza gastronomica che fa della memoria il suo punto di partenza per una cucina elegante e raffinata.

La creatività e la professionalità della squadra, composta da chef Alessandro Zitelli, sommelier e personale di sala, rendono questo luogo un’occasione unica per scoprire la vera cucina italiana.

Ma Traiano non è solo cucina, è anche un luogo dove trascorrere una serata piacevole dopo cena, gustando un cocktail o un calice di vino selezionato con cura dalla carta che comprende etichette nazionali ed internazionali.

La Champagnerie, situata al piano inferiore del ristorante, è un’esperienza di lusso immersa nella storia di Roma, antica e moderna.

Il ristorante fa parte della storia di Roma e della sua cucina, essendo sorto sulle ceneri della vecchia Taberna Ulpia.

Meraviglioso connubio nonché perfetto equilibrio tra cibo e cultura. Adattissimo per occasioni speciali,l ( per noi è stato il diciottesimo di nostra figlia) , ma è esperienza indimenticabile per italiani e turisti. Lo abbiamo consigliato a tutti i nostri amici e ai clienti delle nostre visite guidate.

Highly recommend. The food, the service (chef kiss🤌🏼) definitely will return when coming back to Rome.

Little confusing because the restaurant was locked when we arrived and for the first half hour of our meal we were the only people inside. Otherwise the food was very good and the service was excellent. We just weren’t ready for a restaurant in Rome to be so empty after 8pm.

The location is awesome it’s air conditioned and beautiful inside. The service was super attentive. They made an error, noticed and fixed it immediately. The filet was dry and bland for our liking. The pasta was delicious.

Amazing restaurant unfortunately we got there at 8:30 and didn’t get our food until over 11 PM. When the food came out it was really good. Food was delicious unfortunately the time of waiting ruin the night.
