Amazing experience! Everything was excellent. The food, the drinks, and the service. It was my first time and it will definitely not be the last. Check it out for yourself. That short rib hummus#priceless.

This place has amazing food, but your level of love or contempt will solely be based on the waiter you get. We have had some that walked us through wine lists, gave us time and space for meals and some like this time, that knew very little about the wines, compounded our courses, leaving us overly full and spending less money. I’d rather spend more money and time for hospitality, not just service.

I love Riserva. Their entire menu is delicious. I keep coming back for the roasted cauliflower and for the crispy polenta and eggs. I wish I had a bigger stomach so I could eat a little bit of the entire menu.

Very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Great server and rather speedy food service, too. Had the sticky ribs (incredible) and the chicken kebabs (delicious), along with a somewhat understated patatas bravas appetizer. Pita bread was spot-on and very warm. Bizarrely, considering this establishment's namesake, there were maybe two Spanish wines to choose from; three, if you count the cream sherry. If I recall correctly, at least one of those wines is Spain's answer to the brooding Parker/Dunnuck-era of CDP Grenache bombs--in this case, Alto Moncayo's 16% abv bruiser from the Campo de Borja DO just west of Zaragoza. It's a contemplative wine, good for a glass, but hardly the wine to gulp with tapas. Your tongue will go numb before the empanadas are even ready. I can't recall the other Spanish wine, but it didn't wedge itself in my memory. All that aside, the wine list is eclectic. No question. Outside of a few very obvious palate pounders, there are wines here that will not only serve the table in a traditional sense, but will also open people's minds to viticulture well outside the mainstream. Wines from Hungary, Romania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Israel, come one, come all! (Was there a Canadian SKU, too??) Even your EU wines aren't the standard Bdx, Barolo, Brunello titans. There's thoughtful, studied depth here. Sardinia, anyone?? Love to see this!! BL: There's a lot to love here, with a very smart, very brave, very inspired menu that tastes great; a cushy ambience; and a well curated, well priced wine list. (G.D. Vajra's Langhe Rosso, the quintessential Langhe-red-fruit tablemate, sits at $40/btl.) If you want an epicurean adventure in North OKC--one that won't break the bank, but won't exactly plop you down in the land of tapas either--then give Riserva Bar + Tapas a swirl!

We were a party of six we ordered our drinks first then we had a look at the menu , we then ordered our appetizers , we were still waiting on our drinks when some of our appetizers arrived . We eventually got our drinks after at least 20mins ! We asked our server were the rest of our appetizers were , Liam said he wasn’t running our food even though he was our server ! We then got the rest of the appetizers, at this stage our evening was ruined, my friends on vacation from Germany were not impressed. Only one person decided on the chicken kebab which came out as chopped chicken , not what I had before,plus the roasted carrots at $17 which we ordered two portions were so hot they should come with a warning! We also ordered two patatas bravas at $19 each short rib hummus $20 also two roasted sweet potato $18 only one came out so I asked for the missing one and he brought out two I thought he was being nice but I was charged for 3 . We only got one pitta for six people which anytime I went before we got 2 for two people! We also had grilled watermelon $19 , plus wine a tea 2 beers . In total $309 for lukewarm food terrible service oh I did order more pitta and was charged for it ! Every other time I have been there it was fantastic and I gave you 5 star rating . It was so disappointing . Sadly I won’t be back .
