    Join Chef Clint Connaway at our chef's table experience which offers unparalleled proximity to the live fire culinary action, allowing you to witness the creation of each dish. Enjoy a deeply immersive pre-fixed, multi-course meal personalized dining adventure that transcends the traditional restaurant encounter. It is $75 to reserve the table plus $75 per person. Additional costs include alcohol, tax and 20% gratuity. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please note: Reservations made within 24hours will not be able to be honored. We reserve the right to cancel at any time due to availability.

    What a fantastic new place for upscale meals! We tried: 1. fried quail leg. They are drizzled in honey making them sweet. Enjoyed these 2. corn fritters. Corn mix and sauce somewhat spicy, but I love spice so not an issue! Kind of resembles a hush puppy. 3. Chicken fried ribeye- huge and delicious! 4. Red snapper- nice portion and also delicious! 5. Tenderloin- tender and tasty. Did not enjoy the mushrooms. Great ambiance, great service. Pricey, but it delivers quality food.

    last night was the first night that I had come to the Rio Brazos grill the service was excellent, and the food was very, very good. My steak was so tender. The noise level wasn’t bad and I will definitely come again.

    We had the corn fritters, pistachio crusted chicken, and chicken chili lasagna Corn fritters were tasty, pistachio chicken had good flavor but nothing super special. The chicken lasagna was underwhelming. A bit bland, and dry. Concept is there but wouldn’t order again. It was busy, our waitress was very sweet, but service was slow. Bar was extremely slow.
