This is a new restaurant on FM 51 south of Weatherford. My wife and I went there for our 46th Anniversary dinner. The only thing I can say about this place is WOW! We walked in and there was a pleasant smokey aroma from their wood-fired grill (hickory, mesquite and pecan are used) but it didn't smell like a barbecue, more like a fireplace was burning. This added to the atmosphere. There are 3 unique crystal chandeliers made with actual quartz crystals. The glass separating the dining are from the bar was etched with desert scenes. It added to the ambiance of the restaurant. The food was absolutely outstanding! My wife had the Jalapeño Bacon-Wrapped Bandera Quail and I had the 8 oz Beef Tenderloin. Both were cooked perfectly. The quail was succulent and stuffing was superb with a very nice flavor profile! The beef tenderloin was ordered medium and that's how it was served. The flavor was so good and the meat so tender it melted in your mouth. This was a prime cut of meat! Probably the best beef tenderloin I've ever eaten. We had the Mexican Street Corn Friiters for an appetizer and they were delicious! For desert, we had the Parker County Peach Panna Cotta. We ordered 2 - one to eat and one to go for Sunday Dinner desert. We also purchased 2 orders of the Fire Roasted Green Chile Chicken Lasagna for Sunday Dinner. It sounds strange but it was absolutely delicious! Atmosphere was very relaxed and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The servers were attentive but didn't rush up as soon as you sat down, something that we greatly appreciated. You get what you pay for here. Nice atmosphere, a casual, relaxed atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. We highly recommend this restaurant. You should make reservations to ensure a seat. We will be returning in the near future to try other entres, appetizers and deserts!

Great service and the food was amazing! The decor is a modern rustic and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon!

The service was great and the staff was very friendly. The food was good but I had the steak that came topped with blue cheese which I don’t like. I asked for no blue cheese they put it on there anyway. I scraped it off but I could still taste it. I’ll give it another shot here soon

The place had a great look when you drive in. It is in the country & also has plants. Greeted & seated with no wait. Katlynn was our server. Very pleasant & tentative. Food was great with a Texas theme. We where happy to see a higher end place open in Weatherford.
