My family and I had a very nice dinner here at Rikasa. It was our fist time there and we had an awesome waiter (Santino) who was very attentive and answered all our questions about the menu. They had a gluten free pasta option which worked out well for my wife. We had some delicious appetizers; the Baked Brie and Calamari which were both very tasty; the maple jam was great, and I liked that the Calamari was not greasy. I had the Duck Breast and I found it very flavorful and cooked perfectly for me. I would definitely eat here again.

Food was fantastic we both enjoyed different pasta dishes. Amazingly they came out of the kitchen hot. The pear salad was exceptional Cocktails in the rooftop lounge were very good the wait staff were very busy but very attentive. I would recommend dining there without hesitation.

The food is good, staff needs some training but the young men, waiters were very good. Atmosphere is nice, prices are on high end and they do add 3% if you use a cc.

This is my first time at Rikasa rooftop I love it. Beautiful decoration , ambiance Excellent food and service Wilkes Barre/Scranton needs more places like this one !!

We were greeted upon entering the ground floor and escorted to the elevator with instructions to push the R button, which took us to the Roof. We were greeted as soon as we exited the elevator and escorted to our table outside on the roof. Angelica our server greeted us and asked if we were ever there before. She told us about the list of beverages and gave us time to decide what we wanted. When she returned, she took our drink and dinner order. When she delivered our drinks, she said she would be back to see if our drinks were to our liking. And she did just that. Her attention to us and her professionalism were outstanding. She checked on us throughout our dinner and made us feel special. The Food, Service and Atmosphere are second to none. Thank You Angelica!
