This is my first time at Rikasa rooftop I love it. Beautiful decoration , ambiance Excellent food and service Wilkes Barre/Scranton needs more places like this one !!

We were greeted upon entering the ground floor and escorted to the elevator with instructions to push the R button, which took us to the Roof. We were greeted as soon as we exited the elevator and escorted to our table outside on the roof. Angelica our server greeted us and asked if we were ever there before. She told us about the list of beverages and gave us time to decide what we wanted. When she returned, she took our drink and dinner order. When she delivered our drinks, she said she would be back to see if our drinks were to our liking. And she did just that. Her attention to us and her professionalism were outstanding. She checked on us throughout our dinner and made us feel special. The Food, Service and Atmosphere are second to none. Thank You Angelica!

We ate at a high top on the rooftop. The service and food were fantastic. We will definitely go again.

The dining was fine but we went especially for the music. Live entertainment of the type offered in the upstairs lounge is rare in this area. It was totally remenesent of a metropolitan jazz club. Being a former pro musician I wish there were more venues of this calabier. I found the trio we heard weren't what I'd term the "House Band" but I'd be back more often to hear them if that were the case.

First time visiting Rikasa and it definitely will not be the last. Cocktails and entrees were phenomenal. Portions were very generous. Waitstaff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The prices are relatively high and I expected fine dining. The menu says the Rikasa salad has heirloom tomatoes. I mentioned this to the waiter and asked that my Wife’s salad have some. He served her salad with cherry tomatoes. The building and decor are beautiful. In my opinion, the food is rather average and overpriced.
