You can not ask for a better place to have dinner. The food, service and atmosphere are the best.

Service and food was great. I brought a baby and the staff was patient and understanding. We were very happy with everything except for one incident. Towards the end of our time my baby fell off a chair and multiple staff members saw it happen and not one of them asked if she was ok, if we needed an ice pack or needed help. No one offered anything. Thankfully she was fine but was a little taken back no one acknowledged it.

Fourth time here. Menu was limited. We Like the rooftop dining and view. Steak was not done well. No issues, they took it back and gave me another. Took my Dad and Mom for Father’s Day.

After having to change my reservations a few times due to flight delays. The staff was so incredibly accommodating. This was such a relief! The service was amazing as was the food. I highly recommend Rikasa.

Absolutely fabulous!! The rooftop decor was perfect. Food was delicious! Our server - Ian was attentive but not overbearing. Will definitely return sooner than later.

We were celebrating our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised to receive 2 complementary glasses of Prosecco to celebrate the occasion. The food was excellent with a great presentation. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The rooftop view was stunning! An experience of NYC rooftop dining right here in Pittston!
