T2D Concepts, the purpose-driven hospitality group led by chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley, has cooked up its latest concept, Radici Wood-Fired Grill. Meaning “roots” in Italian, Radici draws inspiration from Tiffany's early experiences in Italian restaurants, Tom's maternal heritage, and both Tiffany and Tom's travels through Italy. The menu changes based on seasonal availability and centers around meats and vegetables prepared in a wood-fired grill and a selection of fresh pastas made daily.

Join us at Radici Wood Fired Grill for an intimate four-course experience! The first event at our inaugural Shef Food + Wine! The evening will begin with a Welcome Reception at 6:30PM and the seated dinner beginning at 7PM. For this one evening, you’ll be hosted by Shef Tiffany Derry and Tom, the cofounders of T2D Concepts, along with special nationally acclaimed chefs. Tiffany along with her guest chefs will create a memorable four-course dining experience! For this one incredible night only, Radici will be transformed into an energy-filled culinary celebration truly “kicking-off” our Shef Food + Wine weekend!

What a fantastic meal! We love Radici! The food is exquisite. Every dish was simply amazing. Chance was an exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable server. We loved every dish ordered by our party of six. The polpette in a rich dark pomodoro sauce was exceptional paired with an excellent focaccia. The prosciutto and candied melon was so good we ordered two. The rigatoni amatriciana packed an amazing punch and the lasagna Bianca was unique and delicious. For entrees the wood fired chicken and the Kurobata pork chop were a step above. Both desserts are excellent, but Tiffany Derry’s twist on tiramisu should not be missed. Every dish that comes out of the kitchen is beautifully presented and exceptionally tasty. The wine list is extensive and interesting and the entire dining experience was a perfectly paced delight. This is definitely a special addition to our rotation our favorite restaurants.

We love Roots and had to try Radici!! It did not disappoint! Being Italian, I’m a tough critic, but the food was outstanding! Two of my wine selections (from the short list) were not available, which was a bummer, but did not take away from the meal! We’ll be back soon!

Loved this experience. Executed flawlessly. Rabbit pasta, blanco lasagne, focaccia were standouts. But overall an exceptional meal and service experience.

This was our first time at Ridici. The restaurant had great ambience and it was not loud so we could have a conversation. The food was good but not something I would want to pay that money to order again. We would likely try something different. Overall I recommend though as it was an authentic Italian place in Farmers Branch.

We loved this place. Everything was delicious, except for the Fritto Misto (egg plant) which was chewy/tough. The white beans are SO good and also the meatballs, the broccolini, branzino and lasagna.

Dishes provided a unique and delicious take on Italian cuisine. I’ve never tasted Italian food like this, even in Italy. Our waiter, Lenny, was knowledgeable about the menu items, and was extremely friendly. I hope we get him again!

TD other restaurant Root was fabulous when we first went after open and returned. I had high expectations based on reviews and the very disliked requiring a CC for a reservation policy. We went early to celebrate with my daughter and mom for my littles birthday. The waiter was kind and peppy. Maybe a little new with some small issues. We never received the meatballs, not sure if we were charged as my mom picked up the tab. The branzino was good but a little flaky dry and would have loved them to offer to remove the scales. my lasagna was good but unremarkable, was missing that wow factor or spice. My daughter’s pomodoro, the focaccia and the white beans side were the best items. The bathrooms and some of the decor left a little to be desired for a “fine” dining establishment.

Dinner at Radici was excellent. When we arrived we were seated promptly and service was never lacking. The food was excellent. We started with the focaccia and polpette. The meatballs were some of the best we have had. From there mains were Eggplant involtini chicken parmesan and rigatoni. My wife said the eggplant vert flavorful and melted in her mouth. The chicken parm and rigatoni had all the right proportions and lacked nothing. Ending with tiramisu was a delight. The topping of the night was meeting Chef Tiffany. She was so personable and nice. Definitely will be returning
