T2D Concepts, the purpose-driven hospitality group led by chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley, has cooked up its latest concept, Radici Wood-Fired Grill. Meaning “roots” in Italian, Radici draws inspiration from Tiffany's early experiences in Italian restaurants, Tom's maternal heritage, and both Tiffany and Tom's travels through Italy. The menu changes based on seasonal availability and centers around meats and vegetables prepared in a wood-fired grill and a selection of fresh pastas made daily.

Nestled in front of our open kitchen, you’ll enjoy a five-course menu crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients and inspired by authentic Italian flavors. With options for a unique wine pairing or cocktail experience along with interactions with the Radici Service and Kitchen team, this immersive experience not only tantalizes the palate but also enriches the mind. As part of your reservation, be sure to choose one of the wine and spirit pairings selected by our Sommelier to perfectly complement your evening. This exclusive experience is for up to four guests per evening and will start at 6PM and we suggest you plan to join us for 2.5 hours.

The Shef Food & Wine experience on Friday was nothing short of amazing. From the unique food pairings to the amazing wines. It was a wonderful experience. My favorite dishes were the African Yam hummus on Yam roti, the ceviche and the Cod. Yum. Chefs kiss. Can't wait to attend next year

The food was excellent and service was fantastic. The rigatoni with guanciale was outstanding but the carrots side was #1. I highly recommend Radici

Where should we go? North Dallas, Lower Greenville, Knox Henderson? Maybe Bishop Arts tonight? Look no further than Carrollton Texas for one of the best dining experience in DFW. The food, the ambiance, the crowd….all wonderful. But what’s so unique about this place (and its sister establishment next door….we went there a few weeks earlier)? It’s got what so many places just don’t. Heart, soul and love. From the moment you are greeted at the door to the “look forward to seeing you again soon!” and everything in between, you feel the entire team is there for you. So no need to describe the beautifully assembled, delicious dishes, go see for yourself. Then go back again until you’ve tried everything on the menu. I plan on it.

Food = delicious / a bit on the salty side like the pomodoro sauce in the polpette dish (antipasti) Seafood Salad - definite recommend / fresh, light, and good acid Noise level is not quiet - it is in the lively side

Outstanding meal, atmosphere, service, and a tableside visit from Chef Tiffany Derry! Every aspect of this experience was top notch. I unreservedly recommend Radici!

The hostess Demetrius was great. She provided great service and made sure we were comfortable at our table. The food was very unique and tasty. Chef Derry was at the restaurant- overseeing the kitchen and she was going to tables to talk to guests. We were able to chat with her as well. That was very exciting. We will definitely be back, to try other food on the menu.

We loved it, the food was good. The service was great! I’m pescatarian and wish there were more fish, shrimp Or crab options on the menu. I did see several vegan and vegetarian options and tried them. They were good!
