We took our daughter for her birthday. They gave her a birthday surprise. Santini was a fabulous server.

Our cocktails arrived 1/2 way through our appetizers. Our main course 45 minutes after our apps were cleared. And it was my mother’s 85th bday celebration, which we noted when making the reservation and confirmed with the hostess when we arrived. They did nothing to celebrate her bday, while at least 2 other tables around us received a bday sparkler at the end of their meal. The Brussel sprouts had bacon, which was not indicated on the menu, and our vegetarian daughter ordered them. Overall, the service was slow (we were told it was because of a kitchen backup, but tables around us received their meals before us despite being seated after us), and we were disappointed that there was nothing done for my mother’s 85th birthday. The steak arrived room temperature and overcooked, and the salad ordered was supposed to be subbed with shredded cheese and there was no cheese. The mashed potatoes were flavorless.

The perfect combination of ambiance, service and food quality. We always enjoy Level 10 but last night was a standout. Everyone we came in contact with could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We felt genuinely welcomed. Our server took incredible care of us with great suggestions and delivering elevated service. We started with oysters on the half shell and tuna nachos. Wonderful presentation and delicious. We then had the wedge salad, they make one of the best wedges I have eaten. We had the special, venison chops and seared scallops. I awoke this morning wishing they were open for breakfast so I could order them again. The venison was tender and cooked to perfection. Topped with a cherry reduction and a root vegetable hash. It would be on the menu. Great wine list too. A lot of the standards but some smaller wineries that we enjoy. Overall a fantastic evening and we look forward to returning soon.

We went as an anniversary dinner. This was above our expectations. We had enough to eat for lunch the next day as well. The waitress was so friendly and helpful. Quiet, elegant dinner.

Wonderful experience. Our server Santina was amazing. We were treated with such great care. Celebrated daughter’s 30th birthday and the staff even hand signed her card. Food was good with a few disappointments but I would certainly recommend this restaurant

The service from the greeting to meeting our sever was excellent. The table was beautiful and everyone knew we were together to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. They took really good care of us. The food was phenomenal, well worth the cost. 5 STAR NIGHT
