Perfect 33 year anniversary celebration watching the sunset! Staff made us feel at home and the steaks/drinks were perfect. We are going to start celebrations monthly at Level 10. Save our seat.... :)

Our experience at Level 10 was wonderful. From the moment we stepped in, the host and our Friendly Assistant (FA) made us feel welcome. We started with homemade fresh bread accompanied by olive oil and balsamic vinegar—a delightful and flavorful way to begin the meal. For our appetizer, we had the calamari trio with jalapeños and okra, all fried to perfection and paired with a delicious red sauce. The flavors were tight and well-balanced. My husband had the salmon asparagus Caesar salad, and it was outstanding. The salmon was so light and flavorful, literally melting in your mouth, with all ingredients being top-notch. The asparagus had a light brown sugar glaze, adding just the right amount of sweetness and crunch—exactly as we prefer it. I opted for the shrimp gnocchi, which had great flavor with succulent sauce and shrimp. However, the gnocchi was slightly overcooked and cooler in temperature than the rest of the dish, which was a bit disappointing given the glowing reviews I had read. It didn’t quite meet my expectations this time. For dessert, we enjoyed the key lime pie, and our FA surprised us with an amazing flaming firework presentation (hubby’s 66th birthday celebration). It was a fun and exciting touch, although I didn’t catch it on video. Throughout the meal, our table was constantly attended to—unused dishes were cleared promptly, and service from the entire staff was exceptional. Since my entrée wasn’t quite up to par, it was kindly removed from the bill, which I appreciated. Overall, the atmosphere was refreshing, and despite a minor hiccup, we’ll definitely be returning.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. View over Spartanburg was spectacular. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

This is the best dining experience in the Spartanburg area. Its location at the top of the AC Marriott Hotel makes the experience extra special. Service is top notch, the food is incomparable, and the ambiance is outstanding. Special thanks to Sammy and Trent, our two primary servers. They are the best.

We went here to celebrate my husband birthday and our server Tam was a complete gem. She made our dinner experience one of the best! I felt like it was my birthday as well lol. She was beyond amazing in every sense of the word. She went over and beyond for us. From going over the menu to suggesting the best time to take the our picture on their balcony to even taking the pictures for us! She was phenomenal. The ambience of the restaurant was amazing the food was great and the service definitely top tier. We will definently be back. If you eat here please ask for Tam and you won't be disappointed!
