D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : Créé par Carl Heinrich, gagnant de Top Chef Canada, ce restaurant sur deux niveaux est suffisamment sophistiqué pour un premier rendez-vous, mais aussi suffisamment décontracté pour accueillir toute la famille pour souper. Le menu varié parcourt le monde entier, du sashimi de maquereau au hamburger de bœuf de pâturage, le tout étant agrémenté d'ingrédients de saison et d'une cuisine de haut niveau.

7 Course Chef's Tasting Menu

Our 7-Course Chef's Tasting Menu is a celebration of Canada’s finest local and seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully curated into seven courses that highlight the best our region has to offer. Priced at $125 per guest, this experience requires all guests at the table to participate, with the last seating at 9:15 PM. Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we may be unable to accommodate the Chef’s Menu. The Chef’s Tasting Menu requires advance booking and may not be available for guests who have not reserved it. We are happy to adjust for dietary preferences and allergies with advance notice. Optional beverage pairings are available for $80-$90 per person.

To begin, even with our reservation we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. While we waited we were asked if we wanted to order a drink but NOT offered drinks on the house. I believe this would’ve been the appropriate gesture. My wife and I were seated at the chef’s table which was great as we were able to watch the action in the kitchen right in front of us. The drinks we ordered were very good. For my main I ordered the Atlantic Char and my wife ordered the Station burger. Both were good and cooked perfectly. We finished our meal with coffees that were also quite good. Our server although pleasant and efficient was difficult to understand due to his accent. This made ordering a bit challenging. Overall a nice experience.

Great Chef's tasting meal. Excellent quality curated ingredients. The staff knew the food well and offered a personal dining experience. There was one dish we didn't care for but otherwise, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend trying

Service and experience are top-notch. We did the Vday tasting menu and added the non-alcoholic pairing and it took our dining experience to another levels. We truly enjoyed every course. Everyone at this restaurant was passionate about their food and drink. I miss it already!

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Toronto. The service was incredible and food was on par with many Michelin star restaurants I’ve been to. They accommodated for my allergies with surprising care—nuts, sesame, egg white, seafood, raw fruits and raw vegetables. Despite navigating my countless food restrictions, the substitute dishes they served deserve a spot on any world-class tasting menu. Each course had an unexpectedly unique flavour profile, without the overbearing heaviness that I’ve encountered at many fine dining restaurants.

My favourite restaurant!!! Food and service are always incredible here. The chefs and pastry chefs are so talented, and the attention to detail from both BOH and FOH staff always impresses me. Went here last night to celebrate a couple birthdays and our server, Brandon, was delightful and one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Thank you everyone!!

Excellent service, great experience. Very busy (even though late on a Tuesday evening) but noise level was fine for a good chat between two friends. We ordered the tastings menu which was excellent, but too much food for us!
