Welcome to Richardson;s Kitchen and Bar located at 15 Child St. Warren RI. We are a family run gastro pubproudly serving only the freshest seafood, creative seasonal salads and of course, our famous homemade sausage. Our warm and welcoming atmosphere is ideal for a relaxing family meal, an evening out with friends or a quick stop in to enjoy a drink. I wanted to try this restaurant because my friends recommended it. It is cute, seems like a good value and the location was convenient. I am not sure if they were having an off night, but the service was really bad. Everything took super long. We had to ask about specials and to take our order. The menu is limited with very little besides burgers/red meat. A glass of wine was a 10 minute wait. My guests joked that they were squeezing the grapes out back. The food took forever to come out of the kitchen. They were busy when we got there, but by 8 pm, it was empty. We liked our entrees, but the service just seemed to have better things to do. Shame because the place is cute, has a very local feel and our food tasted good.

Food was delicious! Drinks wedge delicious! Service was a tad slow... overall a great experience. Would definitely go back.

First time there. The ambiance always a 7/10 in the dining area, the bar area looked to be a 8/10. But the drinks and food? 9/10 or better. We were pleasantly surprised. Very tasty and well plated. We’d definitely go back, and the value is certainly there. Less expensive than we’re accustomed to, but equal or better to the pricier restaurants. Definitely recommend. 👍

Date night with the husband. I’m still talking about the poutine! We also had the cheese curds. Appetizers were plentiful and I was full before dinner came. Filet was delicious and mashed potatoes were ok (little bland). My husband had flatbread with scallops. He said it was good. We brought most of the entrees home and the kids agreed even heated up the food was great! We will be back.

Excellent pomegranate Margarita and Moscow mule. Loved the Garlic Parmesan Chicken wing with the fresh parmesan cheese grated on top of the wings. Scallop entree was excellent and perfectly prepared! The Filet entree was excellent! The filet was perfectly cooked and prepared! Richardson's is more than just their great Pub Burgers and appetizers or their nice beer selection! A must try restaurant!

Richardson's is one of our favorite restaurants. The menu is not extensive and changes with the seasons but what they have is always very good. The staff is friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this hidden gem.

The restaurant appears unfinished. We were seated near the back Grey door which could be quartered off for esthetic purposes. The walls are drab and the windows have no curtains as if unfinished. No table clothes or candles. Needs spiffing up to come up to local speed. The service was. VERY slow. Two of the few entrees were not available and the stove was broken per the waitress My scallops were very good but the risotto was undercooked. Overall not impressed but would give it another try as they may have been experiencing a more difficult evening then normal.

Went on a Friday night( my mistake) very very noisy, food was very good service was fine. Being an older couple (70’s +80’s) couldn’t handle the noise. Would go back but on a Sunday or mid week.
